Hi guys, Long time lurker since Club Lakers I always thoroughly enjoy reading everyone's comments and I have learnt a lot. Jumping on here an all things Lakers on the daily before and after work is my obsession. I have been following the Lakers for quite awhile now; It was always hard to watch NBA in Australia growing up. I always use to pick the Lakers on the PS2 NBA Live games in about 2001. It wasn't until about 2009 until I really started following them when I purchased NBA 2k10 which I played religiously. I then started to watch Kobe highlights on YouTube: historic games, dunks, buzzer beaters whatever I could think of. At the time he was hitting buzzer beater after buzzer beater. I remember it being on the news, the headline would be: Kobe Bryant with another Buzzer beater and I'm thinking of boy! Right there was when I fell in Love with Kobe and the Lakers. I started watching streams in about 2010 the playoffs, I have memories of Artest hitting the buzzer beater against Phoenix and the unbelievable series against the team I won't mention. Since then I have watched every single game on NBA league pass. In Australia we watch a sport called AFL and my team that I follow is, St Kilda. They got to the Grand Final which is (Basically the championship) two years in a row. There is only one game to decide it if they end on a Tie they do a rematch for the next week. St Kilda lost the first Grand Final in 2009 to Geelong and then in 2010 we got to the Grand Final again to play Collingwood. The first game happened to be a Tie/Draw so they played again the following week resulting in a loss for St Kilda. This would happen to be the first tie in 40 odd years. This was too much heart break for me as I started drifting from AFL to the NBA. I believe this is another reason that made me fall in love with the Lakers A friend and I will be traveling to USA next year in March-April and doing a road trip from San Francisco to Yosemite back to San Francisco, then heading down highway 1 to Monterey and onto LA, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Zion, Death Valley and finally Lake Tahoe basically doing one big loop. The reason why we are coming over was to catch a few Lakers' games but now it has turned into one big trip because there is so much to see of your beautiful country! We are hoping to catch a game or two in LA depending on the schedule. My question is this: How far in advance after the schedule is released can we purchase tickets, what would be the best website to get them, i.e Ticketmaster? If anyone has any advice or opinions would be highly appreciated! Also, sorry if this is posted in the wrong area.

Thank you for all your help! Very excited for my trip and looking forward to seeing Lakers Basketball!
An update, tickets have been purchased I got up at 5am this morning to secure them there was not many left even when they've just been released I am guessing there are a lot of season ticket holders. We are going to see the Lakers play Indiana on the 24th of March we were hoping to see more games but didn't work with the schedule. I can't wait! Go Lakers!
Thanks man! I will definitely post some pictures of the game in here! I will also try get a few pictures of your favourite player, Lebron !
Let’s see. KAJ, Magic, Kobe, Worthy, Shaq, Pau, EJ, NVE, LBJ and AD… I would put Wilt West and Baylor but I haven’t seen them play.
Let’s just say Eddie and Nick gave my Laker fandom the biggest boost after Magic got the HIVie jibbies..
