Might as well get this started now.

Just get out of these games healthy is all I ask. Thats what about a dozen games give or take? Too much.

Not to be a downer, but no Zo, no Ingram, no Kuz, no watch. Summer league this season will likely be g-leaguers and last roster spot hopefuls. Hopefully we will have signed Paul George and summer league will no longer be this big indicator of what our season will look like because most of our best players are no longer on the roster. Hopefully those days will be gone for a while.

Still have Hart, Zu (if he's not traded with Deng), Thomas Bryant, Travis Wear, and our 2 draft picks this year to watch.

That's still plenty of intrigue for me at least.

It hopefully won't be as exciting as last season, but we'll have potentially a couple kids to keep an eye on. Hart and Bryant should lead the pack.

He said this is what he knew already and what the Lakers told him he needed to work on in the exit meeting. So here we go again ... with the appropriate

What if Josh were to show up next season with noticeably better handles and his offensive game expanded along with his established strengths on D, his actual strength, his (like Randle) ability to guard bigger players and his really good rookie season SHOOTING that I would expect to all get better as well. You know Josh works hard and is a champion. Why would we not expect to see that all around level of dedicated improvement from him? Josh with all that... sign me up long time. Kuz better be looking over his shoulder as his steal of the 2017 draft is a year to year award. It's not over. (Lakers specific) Josh's got the tools to be prime Derek Fisher? (several have mentioned the comparison here) With Hart the better defender ... right? Kuz better be young Robert Horry next year to stay ahead.

Zu can't play this year. He's entering his 3rd year.

I'm going, so if anyone else is going, hit me up. I'll be there for the games July 6 - 8. Tickets are about $38 for entire days games. Seats are first come, first serve. For the first time every team will be in Vegas this year for Summer League.

There is nothing that says a 3rd year player can't play in the summer league.

There's been a few journeymen type players who have played in the summer league to get some run. Don't see it as often but it certainly has happened. Zu needs it too if he's still with us.

keep in mind that we're also playing in the Sacramento Summer League too for the first time. Makes sense that we play later in Vegas because of that.

I'm in Vegas for a Table Tennis tourny the 3-5th, but I won't be able to meet up with you this year like last. That was fun to sit with you guys last Summer League.

I'll for sure check the games even though Zo & Kuz aren't playing. Last year was the most exciting Summer League since Kobe played.

Wagner, Mick, and Newman have me interested to watch now. That and if Hart plays to see how he looks. Want to see how Wagner looks against summer league competition and how good Mick shoots.

Hart is definitely going to play and has said so. He also said he's not going to look at scoring a lot of points but showing the Lakers how much he's improved in his dribbling and being in the right spot defensively, making plays for others.

Even if he wasn't playing I'm excited to see this group regardless.

July 2nd against the Kings is right around the corner
