Remember when our starting lineup included Ryan Kelly and Robert Sacre?

Screw the haters, we deserve to celebrate and clown around after having to endure multiple seasons of crap basketball.

Wesley Johnson and The Lush, Steve Blake playing small forward and getting abused, Wesley Johnson playing PF and getting abused, having to endure fistfighting in the foxhole with Boron, the awful Mozgov and Dung signing and Dung forgetting how to play basketball, it's nice being good again.

Have you checked out the Dodgers roster lately? Big story on it in the Times sports page the other day. 100%.

It was funny because I was thinking how surprisingly unbiased the announcing was most of the night. Then the sock dancing happened :LLLLLebronlaughing:

And that's without Bradley, our best perimeter defender.

I think this was during the 3-peat but I remember Fisher being interviewed and was asked who needed to be that third scorer. His answer was “everybody else”. At the time I thought that made sense. So yeah if the bench and role players keep giving solid productions maybe show out now and then, this team will continue to be very good.

We've had a lot of forgettable trash on our roster over the last 7-8 years, but maybe nobody p****d me off more than Steve Blake. His signature move was dribbling into traffic and then erratically trying to pass the ball to someone else, often resulting in a turnover.

Anyway, so happy to have the Lakers back. I literally sleep better at night when they're good.

Plus lots of guys including Javale and Dwight are capable of getting hot and going off for 15 - 20 points. We haven't even really gelled for the rest of the team on offense yet. But what impresses me about Vogel is he seems to make a point of getting guys into the game who have had slow starts to their season to get them going. Look at him starting to phase KCP out of his minutes, maybe to shake him up a bit for 2 games and then boom he starts him and props him up when Bradley went out and it did wonders for him. Same thing with Daniels. Rather than continuing to play Cook who seemed to be doing well when he had his 17 points game, he keeps sticking Daniels in there because he knows we need his shooting and now Troy is starting to hit his 3s. He really is a "players coach". No wonder his goal of having great esprit de corps as stated in his introductory press conference in other words is definitely happening. Like people around the team say that they see and we can also see every night. Of course winning like we are fixes a hell of a lot of things and makes guys want to put team first.

Another blowout win and the tenants get blown out by the Bucks. The world is right again.

Hope Hood makes a good recovery from that Achilles tear.

Lillard, McCollum, Anthony, Bazemore, Whiteside... No a shabby group but we wiped them off the floor. I really expected a tight contest.

In years past I’d be on the edge of my seat rooting extra hard for a win in Portland. Tonight it really felt like Portland had absolutely no chance to win this game. Our Lakers is seriously scary good.

...next 15 are 12 roadies. These wins in Denver, Utah and Portland gives them (and us) some confidence.
