Looked like he belonged on both sides. Interesting considering we put him in jail last year and threw away the key

The blocks surprised me a bit

    His offense is rough

Should not be put in a position where he's trying to create off the dribble

Someone needs to work on his finishing as he tries way too often to go up for the 2 hand flush. Ideally should be able to switch to either hand when this is challenged.

The 3 point jumper looks good but just doesn't go in with any consistency

I think it happens more when he's playing with the garbage time group. When he's with the big boys, he sticks to the basics and I think he's really good at it. Clearly a smart player who knows how to play a role. I think he'll be really good for us.

Him and Knecht will thrive playing alongside Bron and AD

he's shown flashes of pick and roll ballhandling/decision making against lesser talent, but he's not there yet at all. that's ok. we shouldn't be asking for that now, and he could make it all the way through this contract without mastering that skill and still being valuable.

it's knocking down the open three that must happen, sooner rather than later.

Tough crowd Max! I thought you looked good again out there …. getting better each game. Knocked down some 3s and other shots and playing good D. Smooth and quick enough on defense to have stayed attached to Dame most of the time he was on him. I’ll say it again …. Max and Dalton are going to be a better duo than Prince and Dinwiddie.

Appreciate the defensive work but He needs to hit open 3's or he become a worse version of Vando. Knecht is going to eat him minutes if he can't shoot.

Basically this, that’s what he should be aiming for every day, just making more threes.

Effort is there even if he nearly did a Travis Knight disqualification in short order.

had two wide open corner threes early and shanked both. probably shook his confidence a bit.

oof - this was a rough game for Christie but he really has to hit those open 3's. If he can't, he's going to get supplanted in the rotation by Knecht esp when Vando is back

I think Minny is a tough one for Christie simply cuz they got some good wing defenders. Maybe he can get going against the Suns since their perimeter defenders blow.

We really need Christie to be a solid rotation player this year and yesterday was rough, but I think he will bounce back from it.

Please don't play Max, Dlo, and Rui together JJ - 3 knuckleheads together just doesn't work

    Slow start for Max.

Hoping he can get in a rhythm offensively soon

    Can't even trade him.

He better get going or between Vando coming back and Knecht his minutes are going to get crushed
