The was pretty evident (with us and Miami) and to be expected with only what...6 weeks off? Put too much strain on the returning players and resulted in season changing injuries. The new guys should've helped that fatigue problem, but they clearly didn't. Trezz did in the regular season, but then the Drumm situation muddied that up. Not going to even waste my breath on the DS s*** show.
Its crazy the turnaround between the last two seasons. A year ago today was Game 1 vs Miami in the Finals.
Yeah this guy dished it out and Jokic retaliated in the spur of the moment. Not like he ran across the floor (full speed) to deliberately hit him from behind. Same kind of a sucker "push" as Kieff's elbow to Jokic was suckered and uncalled for. He did at least one of those when he was on the Lakers. I didn't like it then either. "300 lb sloppy fat boy". Well pick on someone your own size next time you want to play dirty. Guess in hindsight he'd like that one back. I like the "heat" he's getting on yahoo about him crying about the retaliation for his cheap shot in the first place.

Markieff Morris calls Nikola Jokic a "300 pound sloppy fat boy" and blames him for spine injury.

Morris has missed 30 games since Jokic hit him with a cheap shot.

➡️ https://t.co/c99esQ563R pic.twitter.com/9NaeQrXM9E
— Yahoo Sports NBA (@YahooSportsNBA) January 7, 2022
