    Oh God, just thinking about Magic's insufferably simple-minded Twitter feed, and now he's the only one running the show?? God help us...

    So..we have no GM to make a deal at the deadline? I know we saw this coming a mile away, but I'm not super excited until I hear who we hire. I'm glad Jim is out, but replacing Mitch, while probably overdue, has to still be done right if we want to get better.

    Could it be any worse than what Mitch and Jim have done? A change needed to happen. They both were given more than enough time to get the Lakers back to being the Lakers and it didn't happen. I'm willing to give Magic a chance before I jump off a ledge.

    Wow. That escalated quickly (I say in my Ron Burgundy voice).

    On the one hand, glad to see Jim Buss go,
    On the other hand, sad to see Mitch go and I agree the timing is questionable.

    I hope Magic doesn't try and get all fancy and overpay for a splash move before the Thursday trade deadline.
