Idiots like him cost millions their health/lives/livelihoods and the amount of injuries left afterwards are just terrible.

He's bragging about mandating a standard he didn't adhere to - just zero respect for someone like that. In the end, Kyrie is completely happy he passed on the procedure and will never regret it. For the rest, we have no idea what the long term implications are for those that participated with best intentions, so that's why so many were willing to wait. Hopefully it's not as dark as some projections you hear about.

Kind of cool to see that in spite of his eccentricities that Bron still wanted him on the team. Hopefully he helps do some cool stuff in Dallas are they are fun to watch.

Feel free to talk about Kyrie regarding his basketball decisions, but no general Covid talk please.

I’ve seen enough Covid arguments to last a lifetime.

50 million dollars is what drives him. And having your owner give you full control of her team like the moron she is.

Like all the picks wouldn’t be gone if he had full control of the team?

Called himself King James. I just find the narcissism in poor taste.

    https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/41557447/lebron-james-unfair-put-expectations-new-look-lakers

"I don't have any expectations," James said. "And that's unfair to put any expectations on us right now. The only thing that we can count on each other is how we come to practice and come to work every day."

Redick, who told ESPN on Monday that he hopes the calling card for his team is "efficiency" -- where it ranks in offensive and defensive efficiency and how efficient it is with its preparation time -- received an endorsement from his star for how Day 1 went.

"Great first day," James said. "It was very detail oriented

He has no right to be this good at his age
Really hope that the Buss family tries to match Boston's title as the Lakers top 3 players are good enough for another title run.

Just need to get another dude who you can play in the playoffs to end games. Boston somehow got two last year

well, they traded one for one (smart is a playable playoff guy, imo). but the holiday deal was robbery. we need a jrue holiday deal. hard to come by, though, as the timing of that move made it to where bidders were few (e.g., we couldn't really bid).

Yeah, they also got White while losing no one. Then Porzingis by giving Smart. And Jrue for Robert Williams that can't play. Just insane roster overhaul. The stars aligned.

That's why it's good to have picks and contracts available in the right time.
This year there might be some opportunity of buying low in tanking teams that will push for Flagg, let's see what becomes available

i think the porzingis/smart move was lateral at best, but i get why they did it. the other two were heists. in fairness, i didn't know that white would improve the way he did (i liked his game, but didn't see this coming). but i knew the holiday pickup was the one that would put them over the top, and i probably posted it at the time. was so mad. completely murdered the buzz i got watching miami not get lillard.

Interesting. Caution dictates that you should manage his load but his mindset is what drove him to be the best in shape 40y old ever. He even said he's more in shape than many youngsters, so I think you just have to take his word and not restrict him.

He also just complained about having to travel to Milwaukee for a preseason game, which I agree. Who decides where they play? Is it the NBA or Lakers management?

We are going to Vegas next btw
