    As soon as egos subside and they ask him to. Kobe won't turn away anyone who wants to work, including Shaq's kid.

    I think after last year, the youngins need a year or two to appreciate who Kobe was before they got him, and to be willing to ask for help.

    Westbrook and Kawai are looking to take it up an extra notch. Our kids are trying to figure out how to be those guys first.

    Kobe has actually mentioned a couple of times that he's willing to work with our guys. He's also been in touch with D'Angelo.
