    Anthony just said he heard it was done Monday, Aaron Larsuel replied it was done before that. Never got why we were trusting Woj when he lied about Hurley and our “godfather offer”. Where was Shams on this too? They both come off as lame trying to look plugged in saying this wasn’t done yet. Irwin said he was told JJ has been operating as if he were coach all week, planning our roster moves and such

    I’m going to absolutely suspend all judgement on this until after a full season is done. JJ was not my preferred candidate but the others were either unproven as well or retreads. Ultimately, I’m fine with it and I’m hoping for the best.

    The “Rob Pelinka offered him the job this morning” bit is hilarious by the way. Woj always has to look right, massive ego, it’s wild. Larsuel on the pod I posted said this was done before Monday, hell it was probably done Saturday when they met, these big name reporters are so petty, such a pointless self-serving detail to throw in.

    I think this will end up being a great hire. I like the younger enthusiasm, sharp basketball mind, cocky, will be way ahead of the journalist. JJ will unlock AD and get the best version of LeBron. Looking forward to seeing his staff. Back in the championship talk.

    He's a complete unknown.

    I like the sound of an elite coaching staff, hopefully we saved money on JJ’s contract and it goes to top assistants
