    I was thinking the same thing. Speaking of that sleazeball, he got charged with hitting his girlfriend in that nightclub incident with Demarcus Cousins.

    I feel like championship rings aren't something I would keep with my other jewelry. I'd probably display one and then put the other 4 in a safety deposit box.

    EDIT: I personally don't actually have any jewelry other than my wedding ring.

    First thought: That's terrible. Man Fish has been having a string of bad luck

    Second thought: Fish has ridiculous alimony payments and wouldn't it be convenient to get an insurance payout for 5 NBA championship rings and a bunch of jewelry.

    Yeah I don't think Fisher would do that. He's a high character guy, the Barnes situation notwithstanding of course.

    According to this article Fisher has to pay about $109,000 a month alimony. TMZ says the total value of the items stolen is about $300,000. Which is quite a bit for you and me, but it would buy only 3 months of alimony for Fish. Doesn't seem like much of a motive.

    $109K a month...for an ex-player that did not really make that much throughout his career in comparison to the mid-tier in his day. Makes me wonder how much Jordan is paying his ex Juanita.
