Maybe that was a hot take before playoffs? Now it just comes across as bitter, ill informed, and quite possibly racially insensitive.

by a guy who never lived up to his talent….

As Team USA plays these sort of takes go from charitably ill-informed to just stupid. Not only does he get picked to be on Team USA but he's earned a spot in the rotation!

McCants could have done that though if he was on the Lakers and received charity quota minutes to develop his game without fear of being yanked.

You know .... respectfully, we're all supposed to take these quota comments in the manner we "think" they're being tossed out there .... for humor. And personally (I) usually do. But that one seems (to me) respectfully, (don't get pissed) over the top. Because it almost seems like you "might" be serious. When the fact of the matter is he should have been playing even more and starting, even sooner?

Oh I’m just piling on making quotes for how McCants has justified that trash in his mind. Crazy stuff

Oh good. Didn't really take you for being into the race thing. In spite of what @KareemtheGreat33 says in PMs.

Anyone notice that when he makes a play, every now and then he points down to the floor with two index fingers or a too small sign? Reaves, act like you've been there. If it's to Pat Beverley, that's fine. :)

Hey .... you sound serious and grumpy, when you add in your comments on team USA. CLEARLY I was only teasing Sirron and Kareem.

Not sure what it is but I seriously doubt it's Austin mocking the opponent, unless they needed damn mocking like Beverley did.

I don't think so since he's humble and usually props up his teammates or opponents if warranted. I saw it once against Slovenia when he made a corner trey. Thought I saw it against Spain too.

I haven't seen him too small anyone. Although I ended up watching one of the games on the phone, so I might have missed something.

I have seen him continue with the team wide, started by DLO, ice in the veins celebration while with Team USA though.

Yeah that could be it he had his back turned and the camera did not pan all the way down, I don't want anyone messing with our guy. Keep up the good rep league wide unless you happen to be McCants.

There was one play that stood out for me on Sunday against Slovenia. They have this big muscled center that was just throwing his weight around but Reaves sent him flying on a box out once. I had to laugh a bit about that one.

:SadPau2: …..that face scan is awful WTF? Yo, @FrontOfJersey22 how does he wind up with a beard when for 2 years he’s not had one? Spotted with a few days travel growth on Team USA and they do that, plus the face/hair is really off. Don’t like the HIM thing either as it just seemed a culmination of emotion arriving in the playoffs, starting for the Lakers and doing great in his first game …. not probably ever to be done again. That’s NOT “him”. :D But face better in action. Just my unsolicited 2 cents.
