    It's locked.

Guess they couldn't loop anyone else in. Doesn't mean Nets still won't redirect in a 1 for x trade before the deadline

He better be benched then, because you aren't winning jack if he is part of the rotation....

not to beat a dead horse, but i felt like this was always the case. we are willing to pay if we think we're contenders, and adding kyrie this year definitely would have done that. and i'm still ok with not giving ainge 2 1sts to eat conley's contract and take guys that are about as good as guys we have.

stuff's not going our way. still a couple days to go.

I think KD would fit in just fine. Yes, if he’s injured, then of course Boston would be screwed.

I would not trade a guy who is 26, all-star, fits extremely well, is one of the best SGs in the game, for a 35-year old KD who is definitely more brittle. Plus they would have to throw more depth into that trade, and their picks are not going to be very interesting to the Nets anyway. I really would not do this.

I don’t know … maybe he thought THT was better than Beverley and he got over getting Johnson too?

I guess I am just not as high on Bogdanovic as most and I think an FRP (+assets) is maybe a bit high, I realize you won't get him without one but dude is 36 when his deal ends, maybe if we were loaded with picks but he has a sup-par defensive rating and I don't think he even knows what a block is. He's currently a one-trick pony, he doesn't board, he doesn't pass, he shoots well, that's it and I realize that's mainly what we would need him for. If Detroit wants to do a Westbrook deal and include a few more players, then we can talk pics, Burks, Noel maybe. I don't see how we get Bogdanovic and Rozier though because Westbrook has to be in it and how do you spread that money? You need a 3rd team.

I did a good 3 teamer a while back. I think it had us getting Rozier, Bojan, and Noel. Detroit got Oubre, Plumlee, and 2027 1st I think, and Charlotte for Russ, Jones, and 2029 1st I think.

Lol..I think Lebron has been on the phone, telling Kyrie to be on his best behavior for the rest of the season, and Rob is huddled up some where, trying to figure how to get up the cap space for Kyrie this summer.

I watched a few Raptors games trying to get a look at this OG kid, but I like Trent Jr at the price of 2nd rd picks and salary matching.

I would be down for FVV/Gary Trent for Russ/2 protected picks so long as we're also sending out Beverley to another team. I really do NOT want to see FVV, Schroder AND Beverley out there together with LeBron/AD. The all midget lineup will push me over the edge man.

Wow, that would have to be one of the smallest 3-guard rotations ever. All about 6'1", right? (listed).

trade lebron or AD. their contracts can't be restructured, and combined, they make max space impossible. particularly when you add in roster charges, cap holds for picks and players, etc. he can huddle all he wants, but there won't be room for the money kyrie reportedly wants.

i'm glad, though--no more three star and 11 vet mins, thanks.

all those names are good. despite my being one of conley's biggest supporters on the site since the summer, he's the lowest on that list for me.

i don't think he's going to be available for that price unless klutch works its magic for us. my guess is toronto would want a first and/or reaves or christie.
