We've all seen his private camera crews following him and TWSN doing the same with the personal story behind his final games in the NBA. Prior to the game about 4PM I had a thought and was going to throw it out here but didn't because the likelihood of anything even 1/2 as momentous as what happened in Kobe's last game seemed the most unlikely of outcomes ..... pure pipe. But I thought about what a huge monetary potential from various opportunities if Kobe were to have some kind of great performance in his final game. Against all odds. And then he freaking pulls out of his magic repertoire the single most amazing individual performance for someone his age in their final game ...... probably in sports history. I'm just guessing here. But even if anything else is remotely in the same conversation it certainly was not covered with the high end audio and camera gear that was there last night. And Kobe freaking NAILED it. Kobe loved doing his "Muse" project. This was real time an AMAZING end of career fantasy written performance turned into the most amazing documented sports moment ever. So many areas of opportunity for him for what has been recorded will now be available when he's done with it. I'd expect and hope for as starters a high quality 1080P or even bundled set with new UHD bluray for the new players as well to become available at some point in just one of the moneymaking opportunities. I'm sure a lot of 4K was being shot. Kobe's going to do well in media. This did not suck in being a huge asset in his next choices of professional media involvement. Good luck topping that LeBron when your time is up and all that athleticism is gone.

I read that staples center sold 1.2m worth of Kobe merchandise last night. Most ever in anyone arena for a day.
Kobe Bryant not only set a points record for a player of his age in his final NBA game Wednesday night -- he also helped the Staples Center and the Los Angeles Lakers break industry merchandise records. On Wednesday alone, the Staples Center sold $1.2 million worth of Kobe merchandise, Sean Ryan, AEG vice president of merchandise told ESPN. Ryan said that's a single-day sales record for any arena in the world. The previous record, Ryan said, was set by Led Zeppelin, who sold $1 million worth of merchandise in London at the O2 Arena on Dec. 10, 2007, the group's first full-length concert in three decades. espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/15203007/staples-center-sells-12-million-worth-kobe-bryant-merchandise-set-one-day-record
Not sure if it's been mentioned in here (I have a lot of reading to catch up on), but Jeannie gave Kobe and Vanessa diamond rings last night. 4.5 karat rings that are the size of Championship rings. Jeannie continues to be a class act.
