I moved to the Bay area before the start of last season. I didn't purchase TV last season and instead opted to stream Laker games and signed up for NBA League Pass. League Pass was terrible. It lagged, there were technical issues, and the quality was mediocre - though better than streaming quality. A buddy of mine from home has also now moved here. We ordered direct TV and long story short, due to my apartment complex there is a strong possibility we won't be able to get Direct TV signal. To my knowledge the only provider that has TWCSN in the Bay is Direct TV. League pass sucks also because it doesn't include pre/post game shows. Does anyone know if At&T U Verse has the channel? Or other providers that can get me the channel out here? What are my other Bay area laker brethren doing?
I live in New York and I have TWC Sportsnet but the games are blacked out, I wonder if all of California is able to view the game or just LA.
I'm in San Diego and get TWC Sportsnet with Cox and everything runs just fine. The only games that I get blacked out on for my NBA League Pass because they are considered on "local" channels are the Lakers and Clippers. Both of which have just turn to TWC SportsNet and FSW San Diego for the Clips I always thought if you lived outside of the TWC Sportsnet bubble you would just have to use the NBA League Pass to watch games.
