    Better for sure.

I'd still take out that "don't pick a fight with this guy". It's needlessly on the nose. Cut it off right after he goes "ow" and gives him the double take. It's fine right there. The inclusion of Wonder Woman is also kind of terrible because there's no context. She just shows up? Also they can't fix Eisenberg's cringy voice in what's supposed to be a dark universe.

I definitely like this version much better though.

I definitely see Batfleck being the highlight to this. He's the best part of every clip he's in. I read his Bruce is more of the partying, womanizing, car collector as a way to cope with the world around him...interesting flip side to Bruce the recluse.

Hopefully those aren't the final lines they gave Lex to say. A toddler could write better ones. The (fan?) rumored Cranston route they toyed with initially would've been infinitely better. Or hell, grab McAvoy if you want the younger route...he probably would've still been bald from shaving his head for Professor X.

I've also heard that Doomsday might not be the main villain.
    Darkseid might be
...just a rumor. Wouldn't surprise me though, they're trying to fit everyone in the entire DC universe in this one. Can Batfleck save this Snyder cut and paste job? Regardless of how this one plays out, I'm starting to see why WB was so eager to throw a mega multi picture deal at Ben. Especially if this doesn't do well, Batman's all they have.

This movie is going to be bad. In fact I'd be amazed if it even gets mediocre reviews.

I dunno, overall it just doesn't look that good to me. Harley looks good, and IMO the Joker looks great, but the rest of it I'm not sure of. Not sold on Will Smith in that role, don't like Jai Courtney as he looks like some Tom Hardy wannabe, I dunno. Still going to see this, but DC can never get me as excited as Marvel, when with the Joker and Batman they should be able to.

There's also a Wonder Woman solo movie teaser out there.

I'm very excited for this. Maybe more so than Batman vs Superman, which was #1 on my list of movies to see in 16. This just looks amazing to me.

I thought it looked pretty good. I kind of dig that they're embracing the fantasy of comics just like DC does. Marvel is more into building a "reality" so to speak where their characters have some flaw or trait that is relatable. DC goes the opposite direction which is fun in it's own way.

I'll say this: it looks better than Batman vs. Superman by a lot. Way more fun, more going on, more mystery involved.

I'd say that was the best trailer so far, even if I'm not sure about the movie overall. I am sold on Affleck as Batman though, regret I ever complained about that. And serious question, was the first 30 seconds or so of that trailer the best live action Batman fight ever put to film? I love the Nolan Batman movies, but the fights are not good, they're filmed too in tight and up close and we don't get to see enough. Not the case here, finally.

I thought the only Nolan fight scene that was truly epic was the first one with Bane. I thought it was fantastic, breath-taking even.

This one looked good, but a little over the top. How strong is Batman?

The trailer though was by far the best one. It should have been their first one. The story also seems pretty muddled.

Really like what I'm seeing out of Batfleck, definitely appears to be the highlight of this movie and I'm looking forward to seeing his vision for the future of the Batman.

Hopefully it's not as jumbled as the trailers make it seem and it all unfolds with some balance without being chopped into short clips.

They seem to be going the much more traditional comic book route than Nolan, so as far as over the top, I didn't get that. We've got an actual croc creature as Croc in suicice squad. This fight wasn't any more over the top than Batman in The Animated Series, and that's my favorite Batman. He beat up dudes with no problem in that, often before they even saw him coming. This felt in line with that.

I'll have to watch it again, but some of those looked like the amount of force needed would crush human bones and kill people. Not that I didn't like it. I thought it was cool.

For what it's worth I think the best fight scene with someone dressed vaguely like Batman was Nick Cage's fight scene in Kick-a**.

So....Maybe Affleck was a good call? I was against it, but damn. The opening 30 seconds of that trailer looks like someone playing the Arkham video games. I mean, he absolutely obliterated those thugs.
