I trolled around CL for many years but never got around to posting. Figured when this new site went up now would be a great time to get in on all the action! Excited to see an owner with passion for the site.
Loving the 'alerts feature'. One question though... I disabled the email updates under the preferences menu, but I am still getting emails for every reply. Any way around this (or did I miss something)?
@GNC I think you also have to disable them from the Watched Thread and or Watched Forum headings of the TAB Forums. Click those sub headings (Watched Forums & Watched Threads), click "There may be more to view.",check all of the boxes, and then at the bottom click on the 'disable email notification' I hope this made sense and helps. If anyone else has a better way let me know. This seemed to work for me.
Great site. I love it. It looks much more organized and the design doesn't look so outdated as ClubLakers. Great job to all who contributed. Now, I have a problem. I need to change my Screen Name. I used my 'government name.' Please help. Thanks.
That's weird. You should be able to disable email notifications globally. Having to do that on per-thread basis kinda defeats the purpose of a centralized preferences page.

Hello everyone, I've been lurking at CL for 10 overs years without registering an account. Happened to see the message on CL about the migration to this site so I've decided to register. I'll give a quick introduction in my first post here since I don't think anyone knows me. I've been a fan since the Showtime era, so there is this special fondness towards Magic and Riley. Being based in Asia made following live games somewhat difficult due to timezone difference, so my usual updates are from match highlights and posts in CL. I'm not sure if I'll have the time to post on a regular basis as my job requires frequent traveling, but I'll be checking this site whenever I can for updates. This new site looks awesome with plenty of great posters I recognized from CL coming over. Also I like the cellphone friendly features, so keep up the great work
