I know it was against a depleted Nuggets team, but finally Bass looked like a basketball player instead of a corpse. Some very key blocks there, good hustle.

Finally a good game, wow. But yes, not a C. Play him at PF and to his strengths, or freakin trade him right now while he showed he can still play ha ha.

I wonder how hard it is for him to sit there on the bench watching Sacre get minutes...

Speaking of which, is the Sacre experiment over? He played like garbage and finally got yanked and then Bass played well. I don't want Bass at C, but I was wrong, I would not rather have Sacre at C than Bass. Neither is good at C, but Sacre doesn't play defense or rebound any better there than Bass, which is sad.

In almost all situations, the pecking order should be Hibbert -> Black -> -Bass -> Sacre at the 5. But this is Byron, so let's get ready for Ryan Kelly at the 5 for a few games at some point this season.

This needs a bump, because he needs some serious credit for his D in this game. 2 blocks and 5 steals and being asked to guard probably the best C in the game as an undersized PF. His D and screens and hustle allowed us to get back into the game. Dude can play, he's been so misused, full credit to him for being a pro about it, I haven't heard a single complaint from him.

He was the perfect vet complement to what the young guys were doing. Now, if only we had a SF with that group...

He was great and played so much harder then Hibbert. Cousins is a handful for anyone. Especially wth Bass being so undersided.

Bass is easily one of my favorite players on this team. He's a great locker room guy, but man can he play defense in that post. He did about as good a job bodying up DeMarcus as you can do. He's just really solid overall. Doesn't make a lot of mistakes. Great veteran presence for the young guys.

I still think Bass is a terrible fit at C. But he was BALLING tonight. Hibby has really been struggling. Bass just killed it tonight. Amazing game. Brilliant D on Cousins down the stretch.

Been a serviceable player for years and his past teams are always giving him props for his work ethic and professionalism ...

Tough to perform out of position in this mess ...

    Great game tonight

Yep ... defensively I've seem him doing a good job on big SF's with those guys ... but C isn't part of his versatility

Well, if Randle and Nance are your PF's and Bass isn't a C, this wouldn't be a bad game to start shopping him after..

I like the guy, but I don't think he's in our future with how he's been misused this season. I'm shocked he even decided to play for B0ron again.
