I didn't think Kobe would last the whole season, but his back breaking down only 6 or so games in is worse than I thought.

I'm watching that last play (if you can call it that) and I'm thinking, they're gonna run a high screen and roll with Hibbert or somebody, get some action going towards the basket...and we get an iso? With 25 seconds to work with?! I'm beyond done with this coach.

I'm tired of complaining about Byron Scott. But every game, he does stupid s*** that warrants complaining. But seriously, it's really getting old now. I am so, so, SO tired of it. I just want it over.

Byron needs to go asap. although im somewhat conflicted now because he may be our only chance at a top pick in this draft...

I'm not that broken up about lou getting the last looks in a couple games. he's more proven than anyone else. the shot he got in this one obviously sucked, though. i kept thinking back to that stretch late in the third where the lakers let the magic's second unit get some separation. that was the game to me.

I'm just super bummed that tanktacular sixers are going to get two top-4 picks in this draft as a reward for them making a mockery of the game of basketball for three years.

I'm so depressed over this season start.. wasn't expecting anything amazing but this is worst case so far.. Kobe's already on the bench with probable injury/excuse.

Sigh.. was so happy when the season was here I wish it could be more enjoyable.

Yeah. Haven't seen him play but I saw the box score a couple nights ago. 25 or 26 points.

i think given the dearth of useful players at sf for the lakers that having bazemore would be better. but i don't think he's as good as the stats indicate, nor would he be doing that here, in this offense, with these teammates. it pays to be the fifth starter on a good team.

I was just thinking the other day how we let certain players go....and Bazemore was one of those wings we could have kept on the cheap...and he is still getting better. But hey, knowing Byron, he would bench Bazemore because he doesn't want to "overwhelm" him with all these close games and experience that he could be getting.

SPeaking of Byron....I'm happy to see the media and local guys trash this guy....but want to drop kick Pincus for his "reporting" on DLo and our coaching staff. Also, I'm sick of the Laker greats going SILENT on B Scott's coaching yet they TRASHED MDA and Mike Brown left and right for doing the same crap.

I noticed this too! Finally saw an article on Bleacher Report in favor of cutting Byron Scott. But you're right, where's Magic nowadays? These Lakers shouldn't be this bad this year yet he still has nothing to say?

You'll hear from him when Lakers win praising Byron and giving him all the credit.

A good coach with a lineup of DAR-JC- Bazemore- Randle-Black ( or another mobile center) playing an uptempo style would have been fun

Iso to Lou Williams because that's only 0-4 at this point for us.
