I hate it when other people are right about Lakers being bad. And when I say other people I mean non laker fans.

Once again, the opposing team makes more 3pters than we attempted!

Oh, and Boozer. How in the world do you have 8 turnovers?! He had more as many turnovers as he did points and rebounds combined.

We could have probably had Isaiah Thomas, but we gave Jordan Hill a full 9 mil per. :D

Boozer is garbage; he's another waste of a roster spot; just another placeholder for God-awful teams that we have to endure...my goodness, is he even worthy of being called a placeholder? He can't even do that effectively. Lin, too. He's horrible these last two games. And, well, everybody on the roster not named Kobe.

Might as well call the WMC thread "The Official 2014-2015 Season Thread."

    Yea it's pretty bad.

I just hope Kobe doesn't over exert himself and injures himself again. That would be truly rock bottom. Well that and if our lottery pick ends up outside the top 5.

Dreadful. Worst 3 years of bball I can remember watching. Looking back at all the talk about how the Lakers had put themselves in such a bad spot with the salary cap and seeing all the signs that things were falling apart, I still trusted the PR crap coming from Mitch and had a little hope. Now here we are 3 years in and the situation has actually turned out to be the worst case scenario in every way. Man how the FO has squandered away opportunities and failed Laker fans. At least during the 90's and pre Pau we had superstars to enjoy. We don't even have that anymore. So bumbed right now.

this is just rough. easily the worst i've ever seen this team since i became a fan

best thing this team could do is just tank, and tank hard. because don't the suns get our 1st rounder if it falls outside the top 5?

Yeah, it's top 5 protected. Anything outside of the top 5, Phoenix will get.

Well, sadly I always have unrealistic optimism for my favorite teams. So, hoping that they get it together at some point.. BUT I seriously wish Wesley Johnson was better. I mean, come on!

Our FO prefers "stars" chasing instead of going for the likes of Stephenson , Thomas , Lowry ....

We'll stay irrelevant as long as our management doesn't understand this

This is the worst 67M roster ever

Boy I went from being completely fired up to having a few chuckles from a few of yall above keeping it real.. Everything happens for a reason and I guess we were meant to not be so good to get that top 5 pick that can team up with Randle or be traded away for a star.

To be honest it probably is the fastest way for the rebuild because I dont think Randle was going to help us win a championship this year. Yes hell lose a year of development but itll allow the REST of his body to heal,he can get even stronger in his upper body and be able to learn the game from a mental standpoint if he truly wants to be great.

As much as I also wanted Thomas/Stephenson instead of Hill like some of yall(I was actually thinking and or hoping its a wink, wink deal and we did a low key front load contract lol).. Its hard to argue Mitch wanting to sign the couple Stars first than build the rest around them because you simply dont know who youre going to lure in ya know?

^^^^ Stars don't come to a team which has no talent on its roster ... First you need to acquire some talents ... You acquire a couple of guys like Lowry , Thomas ect , you hope Randle develops and in a couple of years , a game changing player may think " there is a solid base over there , plus this is the Lakers , I have a shot at winning with this team" ...

whereas our FO thinks a star is going to sign with us , just because we are the Lakers , forget about our roster made of scrubs ... which is totally WRONG
