Wasn't quite sure where this article would fit under a current thread so decided to create a new one.

I can't wait. It looks like Media day will be on Sept. 28th if what Trudell said is true that we're exactly 2 weeks from the start of training camp.

Excellent, Battle! :FistPump: Certainly worthy of its own thread. Good stuff and important stuff to know how hard these guys are all working. Hibbert sounds like he may be ready for his best season yet with his best body ever and the contract year / redemption situation. Can't wait to see him. Damn I hope Upshaw has been working his a** off. Cause if he hasn't Byron will surely kill it the first couple days of practice.

Seems like Tim (LOL) went out of his way with this paragraph to let everyone know how finally with the times the Lakers are....

TD: Each summer I work to evolve how we use training analytics and technology to influence the performance ecosystem of our players. I have really enjoyed working with our analytics staff on this ongoing initiative. It is a very exciting time to be a part of this due to how rapidly training analytics and technology is merging with sports performance.

Nice little interview. I keep up with D'Francesco on social media, the guy knows his stuff.

I didn't know the sand hill was in Manhattan Beach, didn't know there were any sand dunes around LA, but probably because I never go to that beach. Looks like a brutal workout.
