Excellent, Battle! Certainly worthy of its own thread. Good stuff and important stuff to know how hard these guys are all working. Hibbert sounds like he may be ready for his best season yet with his best body ever and the contract year / redemption situation. Can't wait to see him. Damn I hope Upshaw has been working his a** off. Cause if he hasn't Byron will surely kill it the first couple days of practice. I didn't know the sand hill was in Manhattan Beach, didn't know there were any sand dunes around LA, but probably because I never go to that beach. Looks like a brutal workout.
