Chattanooga was top 3 on our places to move to. It is an awesome town but too much downtown crime.

I drove back and forth from AK to TN so I had a car. I actually lived on the GA side and drove into school. Even then downtown was not the best place to be...lol.

And you are smart about the type of home you buy- they have em on stilts ya know. I was worried too about having the Keys as a real choice before we moved, but after spending time there, it’s worth it.
I am most comfortable in the ocean, so it would be a dream for me to finally be able to be able to explore it with my own boat. I love bodyboarding, but the consolation prize is snorkeling/scuba diving wherever and whenever I want.

    IMO, it's a B- off season. Need another starter, and it's a B+ and possibly A-.

I might be influenced by how bad some of our off-seasons have been. Just not paying all that money to bring LeBron back to me is an A and I start throwing +++ on there for Walker and others. If we get even more I'm going to have make up a new letter. It has been amazing. We are going to be dangerous for any team. Laker fans are being separated from LeBron fans. I'm getting greedy but I'm wanting more...lol.

i agree that i was fully on board with ripping the bandaid off of the old roster and doing a hard reset. that took some courage, and i applaud it. but i still think to get an A, you needed come out with two young starters who fit with luka/reaves. we got one in kessler and maayyyybe one in grimes, but that's stretch based on past performance.

this is now hindsight, but given how some of the RFA stuff has played out, would have traded grimes and mamu for say, making a large offer to peyton watson or even eason? or simply gave mamu's money to kuminga instead? and i like the mamu signing, but dean wade went for basically room exception, so maybe mamu could have gone for that, and we'd still have him.

so, yeah, i think there were maybe some realistic paths to a roster i'd prefer, but i understand that there was some serious risk involved with attempting some of that. hence the B.

if mamu and grimes really hit, i'll happily admit i was wrong, of course.

I agree, the more I look at Grimes the more I like him but he is definitely a prove it to me player. Also the more I look at Kuminga the more I agree what he will do for us. We could be a monster team if something happens on that front.

see you actually understand what could have been done instead; you seem to understand we gave out some of the worst value contracts of the free agency on paper at least (no one knows how much playing with Luka can elevate some of these guys)

but yet you still rationalize this into giving Rob a high grade.

I don’t know that we know they were bad values yet.
