    The league is RIGGED!

Ayton got ejected because his elbow slipped while trying to guard Sengun in the post and his elbow slightly connected to Sengun's head. It was completely unintentional and everyone can see it from the replay.

OKC trips players, hooks their arms to foul bait, jump and flail when someone is 1 feet away from them, and no suspensions, fines, or ejections. Totally rigged, IMO!

Ayo is an exact Jrue Holiday replica.

I think he's going to get $25 million

I asked what "right now" meant. Also not hard to understand. And point about the injury situation both teams and the effect the cap situation will have on them this summer, whereas it would be pretty hard for the Lakers not to improve. You want to just state or bemoan the obvious?

Flattening out the bottom 10 spots takes out the incentive to actively tank to be the worst of the worst. There’s no extra prizes for losing 65 games as there is for losing 50.

Then whoever is in the play in has a varying chance of winning the lottery. I do think they should leave it top 14 and final seeding should include who doesn’t make the playoffs. You don’t want a year like this year where Boston could of made the playin and then got Tatum back a few weeks before rounded in shape and did some damage in the playoffs while getting a shot at the 1st pick.

Either way this should take away the heavy incentive to tank for the worst teams, they can still try to develop young guys and win some games because the bottom 10 have had their lottery chances flattened.

this is kind of what i meant. making it in as a 7 seed would be sweet in this case, and pretty much every year there are a couple teams in the play-in that are very dangerous and just there due to injuries (this year, gs could have been that, we've been that a couple times, and orlando is that this year).

it's interesting that they want to flatten odds moreso than expand the lotto. or that they're not considering expanding. if the worst record is still guaranteed a top-5 pick, you still have a race to the bottom. statistically/historically, after pick #5, the expected value drops off. we still only lotto for 3, right? or is it 4 now? anyway, knocking that down a peg or two would really take the wind out of the serious tank sails, imo.

i'd rather that than allow a 7-seed a shot at the #1 overall pick.

Kevin Durant on the Lakers? Hell yeah! But a trade for KD? No.

Those Paul George trades don’t happen in the NFL.!!!!!! I think we got a chance against OKC but you gotta switch it out up. Let Shai cook. Make sure you take the others out of the game. Similar to what we were doing with KD.

biggest key players in this series will be Hayes and Ayton. As long as the make Holmgren work. We got a shot. Aytons gotta put that big body on him. This is going to be the biggest series of his career. He’s gotta inflict his will. We must go inside to Ayton a lot.

don’t make this a tempo series. If we do that we’ll get run off the court. Slow it down make it a half court series we got a shot. It’s always easy to get trapped into the back and forth. You gotta slow em down and bring em to your pace. If we get one of those games in OKC we are winning the series.

Kevin Durant will be traded to Minnesota if traded.

and I expect Houston to ask for Jalen Mcdaniels. But probably something around Julius Randle works.

Oh right I assumed they were expanding the lotto while flattening the odds. I’m not sure how much just flattening the odds will do. But expanding the lotto to 10 would be nice. It discourages tanking because whether you were just terrible or almost made the play in you have the same chance to get a high pick.

Can we also have the supposed ping pong ball selection done out in the open?
    It’s so rigged.

I hope there is a lot of movement this offseason. Here are some notable situations:
    • The rockets might trade KD away
    • Giannis could be on the move and the bucks could sell off Portis and Turner
    • Knicks, Heat, Wolves, Blazers, Warriors, Rockets, Suns might try to trade for Giannis and a third team could be involved
    • Magic are above the 2nd Apron - 217m (Suggs could be available)
    • Cavs are above the 2nd Apron - 222m without resigning Wade, Ellis, Bryant & Nance (Ellis could be available)
    • Nuggets are above the 2nd Apron - 213m without resigning Watson, Bruce Brown and THJ (Watson could be available)
    • Wolves are at 195m and have to resign Dosunmu
    • Knicks are at 205m and have to resign Robinson
    • Thunder are way above the 2nd Apron - 250m and have to make room for their draft picks (Dort & Hartenstein could be available)
That's 6 teams practically above the 2nd Apron with Durant & Giannis on the move most likely.

Watching this Magic/Pistons game, the Magic desperately need a more natural playmaking guard. Suggs is a really good player, but not a natural playmaker. Paolo plays like Tatum, trying to break down defenders off the dribble from behind the arc, but he should be playing more like Blake Griffin IMO. Pick and roll, pick and pop, playmaking from the elbow.
