Shoulda brought Mac back for the 4 peat. Lakers never made it. He's an ex Laker. It's crazy no one can beat him and at his height with the drag coefficient of being white. Clearly the league asked him to "not".
An attaboy for Jackson two times in a row putting moves on Wemby in the key and legit scoring on him plus hitting another 3 from top of the key.
Let’s go Jax! Get that Dunk Contest Award. I’m actually happy that this dude has turned into a decent backup center for us. Last season was pretty rough.
it looked like he hesitated for a second on the first dunk and then panicked. should've just aborted that attempt and started over. his second dunk was at least better than the two shannon brown dunks from 2010
Should just scrap the dunk contest and skills challenge and put in 1v1 games... prize is $2 million for each position, center/PF vs center/PF, small forwards vs small forwards, PG/SG vs PG/SG. They could easily make that $6 million back with improved ratings, sponsors, and endorsements since the amount of people watching would be insane. I'd pay to see Kawhi vs KD, Kyrie vs Steph, etc.,
This generation of players are too soft to even consider harming their fragile egos by succumbing to the possibility of losing in front of millions. I love the idea and it could have worked in the 90s and early 2000s.
Only 5 regular rotation players has a positive impact and Jackson's one of them I mean Kennard just got here so kind of crazy it's the big 3 plus Jax. Surprised Marcus's numbers have tanked so much but his shooting variance kills the Lakers at times and he gets stuck iwth all the tough guard matchups so kind of makes sense.
people went way too far overboard blaming him for losing to minny last year. he's a limited player, but if we had two of him, we'd have won like, 6 more games already, imo. he can be erased by the very best teams, as can pretty much all non-allstar centers. which is why i say you shouldn't invest heavily in non-allstar centers. he's been worth about 3X his salary two years straight, though.
