totally agree and also thought we were going to move AD and lebron last summer before the luka trade happened. the luka trade was obviously great but interrupted a natural devolution of sorts that would have allowed for a more okc/SA type rebuild instead of this franken-thing we're trying with this summer's cap space.

This team is garbage. Bunch of whiny, soft, floppers playing for the foul, not getting back on defense, not rebounding, not playing together, just awful. We’re definitely out in the first round this year, if not the play-in, we’re 4-4 in the last 8, I think 11-12 in the last 23 now, just a completely mediocre team. I guess the bright side is that gives us a better draft pick for all of our scouts to find a good player with LOL, and a lot of these guys won’t be here next year. If I don’t have to watch Rui, Ayton, and some others play basketball anymore, I’ll be happier.

I cannot recall the last time I wanted a season to be over this much. I also hope not to see at least 50% of the current roster back next season. Just incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I don't even know anymore what I myself expect out of any player currently on the Lakers long term.

Also, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING but please leave old man.

whole team is in "play out the string" mode. pretty disappointing, but not unforeseeable with the lebron situation/all the free agents.

i let myself get a bit excited with the 11-4 start, but even then i reminded myself that we were in one of these kind of seasons.

Yes pretty much. It's just terribly frustrating to watch this team. I seriously have no idea what to expect going forward and it seems to only be getting worse.

I still have faith in the Luka and Austin pairing and want the Lakers to build around them, but I may have to just skip the rest of this season and not watch them play any more in this current set up.

the fact that the big three can't all play together just hangs over everything. add in that we don't have the ideal role players (honestly, most are good but not exactly what we need, imo), and it's an uphill climb most nights.

my expectations were low this year, so i'm probably not as frustrated as most. like, i've never bought this "it's the last season lebron's a superstar" stuff, as i feel like that was last year or even the year before, tbh. we weren't going to win a ring this year, under pretty much any circumstance. we've had a bunch of impactful injuries, and when we finally get it together, it just looks kind of like what most people expected (i'm guessing consensus was we'd finish 4-6 in the west this year, with the play-in possible if we had injuries).

my primary wmc is that we're 55 games in and we're still not consistently getting organized offense. we don't have a lot of ball and player movement, and my feeling is that the coach needs to remedy that, even if it steps on star players' toes a bit.

I blame Lebron. And he's my favorite player.

I’m too tired and lazy to share my thoughts, I’ll post others’ that’s cover it. This team is cooked, they don’t care and they don’t like eachother.

    super tired of this
