lol It's a Friday night game too on Prime TV! - between making offensive foul legals, the super long reviews, the corner 3 still being shorter than the regulation 3, so 3 point shooting still is emphasized too much, and load management the NBA is not a fan-friendly league anymore.

And i'm not just b****ing to b**** - the Olympics were way more fun to watch just in terms of the game. No foul baiting and the game flow was just so smooth - crescendo buildup to great finales. The NBA game is like watching a high school orchestra try to make up for it's mistakes constantly

Well said. If the players weren’t load managing and actually wanted to play and the teams weren’t tanking holding out players. The NBA would have a much better product.

Facts the NBA Cup is terrible because guys ramp up. It speeds up tempo games more games on top of games. Then you go back to regular season games.

btw, since reading that blurb on peyton watson, i'm beginning to think that if we go the cap space route, he and keon ellis will be our targets.

6'8" athletic defensive wing who's a RFA. but denver's payroll is at 217 million (6 under the second apron) before signing him. you offer him 15-20 per, and i think they either balk or have to move one of their better players. we should have enough space that we can wait out the RFA period while still making the other moves, too.

slick has told me POA defense is meh.

 

Cranjiss just annoys me as he comes as off to me at least as arrogant at times and the statiscal analysis seems lukewarm and hidden by a black box so you can't actually dive into it. I think this stat is basically a Marcus Smart stat. he functions like a POA defender and he's +/- has been off the charts for large chunks of the season

anyway if I was slick he's probably just tell you it wouldn't matter if we had Wemby instead of Ayton at center - I agree lol

 

i would say that with castle out top, they can do without wemby, too. their record indicates as much.

but slick wants vucevic at center and no POA defender, so i don't know. he'll be here soon to set me straight.
