yeah, prime has to be super mad that they're getting our b-team against boston, both teams on the second night of a back to back (though boston won by 1000, so they're rested, lol).

How much gas can AR have left to be the sole target of Boston's defense tonight. And if we lose or if he comes up with just an average game for any PG out there targeted by himself .... look for all the AR detractors (not here really, well except one) to come swarming out from their hiding places. Ignoring that having anyone LESS than HIM's capabilities would be our lot ANY time Luka and another key player or two were out of the lineup. THAT would lose against bottom dwellers, let alone top tier defensive teams. He's a gamer and a baller and I hope JJ doesn't break him with asking the impossible and all the minutes he's racking up for AR.

jaylen brown missed last night's game because of "illness" and is magically all healed up for tonight (shockingly)

This is a tough game on a b2b either way, so I'm okay if Lebron sits out. Could be a good opportunity to toss Thiero out for 25-30 minutes and see how he responds to the challenge.

I thought it was about us here. The caption says "media and fans," and the OP says "so accurate". So, I don't think it's completely accurate, since us, the fans, know perfectly well who AR is, what he does, and he gets plenty of credit for his incredible play.

I mean it would be bizarre if it wasn't? The next closest steak is barely over 200 games it started nearly 20 years ago.

people are trying to give him credit for the last second pass, but if he was truly a closer and had any game near the basket this year, he'd have taken the shot. But he knew how much he sucked and would get swatted at the rim, so he bailed out and tossed it to a teammate with barely enough time to get a shot off. He gets no credit from me.

Soft. Small balls in the clutch. Has been. Needs to retire unless he refuses to shoot anything but open layups and occasional 3 pointer.

i guess if you're interested in such things? i was totally unaware of the streak until we shamelessly got him shots at the end of the last game in which it was threatened.

This is exactly what I'm getting. Are Lakers fans going bonkers over Maxey becoming an MVP type of player or edgecombe hitting a game winner? Pretty similar coverage to Lakers (including what to do with an injured former MVP) No not single mention but are people from other teams interested in the streak pretty obvious yes just like SGA has this ridiculous 20 point game streak going on now.

the last shot was vintage but the rest was Draybron sets with Lebron setting lots of picks. This offense is going to be a lot of Ayton and Lebron screen actions.

James' shooting was a factor still... At least he's doing the dirty work now.
