    I have no problem with Bron doing catch and shoot 3’s and cuts to the basket. I will have a problem with Bron dribbling the air out of the ball, for 20 seconds at the top of the key and adding to our already high turnovers. Let’s hope he takes what the other team gives him and lets Luka run the team.

    He already did this when we got Luka. You keep bringing up Lebron pre Luka trade, as if you didn't watch any of our games afterwards. Luka has been running the team ever since he got here.

    And I guess you missed the pounding that happened after Luka got here.

    Don't worry Slick the usual anti-Lebron crew will ignore everything else he does well on the court to post about their pet peeves.

    Not like Luka doesn’t one man it a lot too. But I’m not complaining. Like LeBron he will find open players who make themselves available.

    The good thing about not being tied to any one particular player is that I can speak the good and the bad as circumstances require. A lot of good with LeBron but he has faults as well. Some blindly follow, no names mentioned, effusing gushing praise oblivious to that reality. The cold heightens my perception of basketball realities, instead of diminishing them...lol.

    In all seriousness, fun aside, because that's what's happening above, I hope that's not directed at me because it's BS. And I can't think of anyone here that you can say that about with a straight face. The only push back from me you've gotten over this past couple months was a day or two period where you were really on James negatively, and especially in two specific sentences, way over the top, (basically called him a pox on the game itself) in how he played it "on the court". (not including your and Slick's claim he deliberately "sabotaged" AD on the court) If you want I will go back pages and pages and dig them out and what I replied at that time.

    No, it is all just fun and not directed at you or anyone particular but there are some that bring the flame throwers every time I say anything negative about LeBron or whoever happens to be their untouchable at the moment. The groupies know as" The Emotionals" have bought into The King and The Chosen One bs for years...lol. I'm all for it, makes posting more fun. Just for the record, I post in fun and have no interest in insulting or hurting anyone's feelings. I will admit I have a difficult time turning a blind eye to hypocricy and don't mind when my own is pointed out...lol. I have stood corrected many times. Example being someone pointed out my bad take on Wemby, I appreciated the correction and acknowledged my mistake.

    I’m just saying there is no one on this site that does nothing but blindly butt kiss LeBron and Not acknowledge his faults “on the court”. It’s insulting to hear you keep saying it, to me at least, because I WILL push back, as well as others here for sure, when criticism of his play gets over the top and agendized with blatant inaccuracy. And the “emotionals” blasts too.

    OK, spent some time and found the couple of descriptions of LeBron, your opinion I grant, back on Oct 12. And my response pushing back. Which doesn't qualify ME as as a "blindly following," "groupie", "butt kissing", "emotional" about the guy.

    @Toklat

    "To me, I just see LeBron as the epitome of selfishness and he brings a stench to the game I can barely endure. And as always, I am only referring to basketball."

    @Me
    "You and I are on the same page about many and most things but WOW when I watch him on the floor with my Lakers and all of the things he does well and proper with the right plays made .... a stench to the game .... WTF?! Now that we have more ball handlers in crunch time we should also see the ball pounding go down. Even that doesn't qualify for what you just said. Epitome of selfishness on the floor? Come on man he's been closer to Magic Johnson's style of play than Jordan or Kobe. And his efficiency scoring is higher than Mike and Kobe's by a long shot advanced metrics. Someone has to score the ball on our team consistently over his time here and he has done just that.

    Career True Shooting Percentage (TS%)
    • LeBron James: ~59.0%
    • Magic Johnson: ~61.0%
    • Michael Jordan: ~56.9%
    • Kobe Bryant: ~55.0%
    Agree to disagree vehemently I guess. The other stuff with comments and manipulation toward FO is not "on the court stuff". Come on Coach."

    What issues were there when LeBron, Luka, and AR played last year? We lost because we had no big man and no depth. Those guys played fine together overall and I’ve heard nothing that suggests they don’t get along. If that were an issue LeBron would have left and/ or Luka wouldn’t have extended.

    LeBron will be fine when he rejoins the team.
