Look I literally went in my room and took pictures of both of my credentials. If the size of the picture is too big to post in an attachment what do you want. I can easily just email the picture of my credential to slick or any Mod in here. They can email me and I will gladly email back in an attachment. Then what will be the next thing?

I really don't feel like anybody here was cruel towards kobeluka. Some od us just posted their doubts about all the accomplishments and connections he claims to have. I was the one who triggered his latest outburst and if anything he was much more hostile towards me in his responses than I was in my initial post (not that I really care). I was just trying to basically say - your story seems fishy, you're welcome without all that flexing. I also find his impact on the forum overall positive and am glad he joined, I just point out the stuff which seems a tad unreslistic, especially as it tends to reappear pretty regularly for whatever reason.

Gabe, Kleber, & Dalton: without looking to make a splash for a "notable name", are there a couple of wings out there in their price range that are cheap that are 8th - 10th guys not getting much PT; heck maybe 10-12 rotation guys with some warts, but can give us a bit more athleticism on the roster? Theiro might help, but not until next year. Keon Ellis is one guy, is there anybody else? I don't think we're far off - I just can't think of anybody off the top of my head...

 

kcp. he's not who he was, but he can still play some. not sure if memphis would help us out, even if they were drowning. but i think we wouldn't have to move knecht, as we'd be taking a year of salary off their hands with kleber/gabe's expirings.

people have mentioned brooks, but that's not athleticism. right salary range, though.

another guy in this range that has interested me off and on is sexton. i sometimes wonder if he could be awesome as a 6th man for a winner. he's never had that chance, really.

but ellis/monk for gabe/kleber/knecht remains my favorite idea.

 

No, they actually were being cruel. Showing lack of respect. Bunch of people are quick to criticize people. Bunch of haters. Leave this man alone. People just need to have more respect for each other here on this board.

Maybe some people should also take themselves a little less seriously. We have a long history of making fun of each other, it's part of this community and IMO, part of why it is such a great place. In the vast majority of cases, the jokes are more or less in good taste and people are not crossing the line. I seriously haven't seen anybody do it i this case. I myself also always try to respect others in my posts, as I did in this case. I will not apologize for calling the comparison of Ayton to Shaq silly or questioning the truthfulness of some of the claims Kobeluka made about his life. They are quite extraordinary and brought up by himself on numerous occasions. All this talk would go away as soon as said member posted a few of his pictures with some of his seemingly countles Laker legend friends.

I am all for treating each other with respect but this is getting out of hand. It's not a kindergarden, it's a sports forum for crying out loud.

Having said that, I will be the first one to eat a wagon of crow with black and green olives sprinkled all over it and apologize to Kobeluka as soon as he provides some credible proof to his claims.

 

the whole thing is bizarre - I was thinking really young but the lack of basic internet etiquette as epitomized by the lack of quotes/bizarre use of multiple posts for the same points/referencing one's own posting out of the blue with no reference/no memes/etc could point in the opposite direction of someone who is old with very little web savvy. It's amusing except when I have to basically skip whole pages to get back to relevant posts.

 

On non-fake news, Ball and Miller out for Charlotte and Bridges questionable. Another trap game. We better show up

 

Kinda feels like some folks only respect insiders once they think they might be somebody

 

And some folks have been on the internet long enough that it's easy to spot fake insiders.
