He’s aware of the aspiration agreement with the Clippers sponsorship.

He just wasn’t aware of the endorsement deal with Kawaii he doesn’t know what the agreement says. Based on the agreement that Kawhi has with aspiration they will determine if that meets the CBA rules. So we will see. Basically he said he knows who Aspiration is as a viable company.

What the Clippers should’ve done was notify the league that Kawhi had an endorsement deal with aspiration.

I'm not really sure how you dodge the preponderance of evidence now - for those that didn't watch Mark Cuban was Ballmer's guy and he laid out how he would do this if they were trying to circumvent the camp (using carbon credits brought above the margin), and then Torre comes out with a letter from the Clippers org doing just that. At a time when the company was about to go under if I got the whole gist of it!

He's even got a text from Uncle Dennis about kawhii not getting paid and then he gets paid (again no evidence that Kawhii actually did anything to promote aspiration and all this is happening while the company was struggling to stay afloat. We, as a climate company have to keep paying Kawhii "the Klimate Klaw" Leonard.) This whole thing is preposterous without the cap circumvention part being a key part of the Clippers/Aspiration relationship

At some point, NBA has to draw the line and say, "Yup, we've seen enough", close the book, and start thinking about the degree of punishment.

This is just info that is released to the public. I'm sure investigators have info that is even more privy regarding the related parties that is even more alarming but wouldn't be released to the public just to save face.

The underlying thing I can't get over which makes it even more likely that it was intentional is the fact that everything about this deal seemed so secretive.

You literally have never heard about any of this and yet, big money was involved. Enough to get anyone's attention.

It just tells me that the related individuals around this entire scheme tried to hide it the best way they could.

And I'm not really interested in the Devil's Advocate arguments anymore. It's just laughable at this point that Ballmer wouldn't know.
