I'm getting lost, the company immediately had problems paying him, after Ballmer invested 50M. Then the Wong guy coughed out 2M just for them to make a payment. Something isn't adding up here, does anyone know how much the Claw actually got paid before the company went bankrupt? The 20M in stock options are worthless, so they shelled out 62M total, in order for him to get 28M? How much of that, did he actually get?

if you know anything about basketball business board of governors meetings owners have to approve sales so no one is going against Ballmer.

The NBA has been trying to get Ballmer in the NBA for a long time. There is no incentive for him to do it.
