He's been spoiled since he was 13. Pretty sure he was highly recruited even before then so he's been coddled for his entire adult life.

Now Luka has the attention and is the #1 priority and LeBron see's his value diminishing.

Something's wrong with how he acts. Even putting it out there that he wants to 'compete' for a title still is ridiculous. Having Luka on your team makes you a competitor... Time for LeBron to get serious. It's one thing to disagree with the Lakers direction moving forward. It's another when you opt-in despite having the ability to leave and then send your goons to push narratives around.

If he would have not done this same tired routine every single summer, he could have gained the respect of many more Laker fans. This is the same sh!t that caused many of us to really not like him before he came here.
He’s all about himself and the drama first, instead of putting the Franchise First.
Thanks for the single Ring, but I, like many others, will never consider him one of the All Time Laker Greats. He could have been, but he let his galaxy sized ego get in the way.

How much help does Lebron need? Kobe wishes he had a team like this at his older age while playing.

If LeBron was ring or bust, he could have opted out, and signed with OKC, or Denver, or whoever at the minimum, and he’d most likely get one. But, he didn’t, so yeah, oh well. Report to work and shut up.

This is really refreshing to see so many tired of LeBron's antics. Only a few of the emotionals hanging on to king ding's .... and unable to admit he isn't perfect. Going to be a fun season.

I always thought that Lebron is at his best when he's playing a Scottie Pippen type role or Magic Johnson on offense. When he won rings with the Heat, you saw Miller or Allen get hot from 3 point land, with James leading with the assists to them. With the Cavs, we saw Jr Smith get hot in their title run with the Cavs, Lebron kick outs being the distributor on most of those. It kind of suck that he was more concerned with points, trying to beat Kareem record than what's best for the team. Even in 2020, he played point guard that season, with double digit assists and the Lakers won it all. Lebron role should be a Pippen or Magic and not a Jordan and Kobe, who were 1 on 1 assassins who can take over games late in games.

He could do both. That's what made him a beast.

Idk if you watched LeBron in 2018 but he absolutely carried and took over games.

The problem is that makes him super dependent on the ball to maximize his value. In a sense, LeBron's 'too good' that usually, any possession where he doesn't control the ball is wasting his talents.

That's why a guy like KD is probably a better universal fit than LeBron on a championship contender if you have a guy like Luka, Jokic, or Giannis out there. KD is a plug-and-play player who can adapt to any scoring role.

LeBron isn't good off-ball because his entire career has been him being so much better than everyone else controlling the ball that he didn't really fully learn how to play any other way.

He needs to be a role player in his old age but being the narcissistic prick that he is, he won’t, he needs to relinquish control of the team to fat boy

What kind of role player makes an All NBA team? Seriously, when has that ever happened?
