nobody, imo. austin's way more valuable, rui doesn't give them something different, we don't have a shot-creating guard. i could see three-teamers with rui going somewhere for an offensive guard for dallas.

i think knecht for goga makes sense. though i think we'd have to add salary there, and we don't have much fat at this point.

kleber/knecht for goga/jett howard (whom i believe we were interested in drafting) or goga/cory joseph could work. i add no picks and may want a 2nd back, though.

wendell carter also interests me there. similar deals could be made with him.

He would be ideal, but that ship sailed already. Dallas is not going to want to help us any more. Poor Nico wouldnt hear to end of it from fans.

OKC with the second greatest point differential in game 1 & 2 in playoff history with this win. +70

Grizz are done. Bucks might be too, you can smell the doctored ham cooking.

Why? A lot of those fans are already following Luka in LA, those fans wouldn't mind. I doubt, that many of the fans who are upset, even root for them anymore. Who is left that will be angry?

Jokic is the new MVF (Most Valuable Flopper). Making that trash into an art form.

I actually think Jokic doesn't get credit for being all time great but man if Lebron missed a bunch of FT's and had the critical TO's in crunch time we wouldn't hear the end of it. Kawhii was great but Murray looks like playoff Murray again and they got a game our of Porter - Denver really should have won

I wasn't referring to Jokic having a bad game (he did), but to his sudden hyper exaggerated flopping to get foul calls. I haven't seen that level of acting since Harden in his heyday, or the all time great helo-flopter CP3.

I also thought Jokic was doing a lot more of that stuff than usual. I think he realizes that team has very, very little margin for error so he's trying to get any cheap points he can get.

yep understood - Sorry if it came out the wrong way - I was using your post as an excuse to talk about Jokic and the game overall. These playoffs are rock solid in terms of quality of play and the games have been entertaining mainly because the player intensity really taking this to another level*. So kind of interesting that on top of the flopping Joker flubbing out hasn't really seemed to catch any traction in terms of media attention.

*Not sure what's happening in the East but the West man is great

I remember Jokic acting knocked back when Durant NUDGED him out of the Suns timeout.

i'll point at culture again here, with jokic sort of poking fun at the fact that he's going to be a billionaire because of a child's diversion.

this isn't to say he doesn't take his profession (and the act of competition) very seriously--just that he seems aware of the aspect of theater.

on the other hand, you have jaden mcdaniels out here acting like he'd actually kick someone's a** if an actual fight occurred and...no...

Butler took a hard fall during the first quarter after being undercut by Amen Thompson while jumping for a rebound and looked to be in significant pain
And actually it's Draymond who made this play

So Green looks like he was maybe (knowing his history … make that probably) intentionally having his foot out that Thompson tripped on …. which caused his own teammate’s injury. :swear: :swear:

Watching the Sengun/Adams lineup and trying to figure out how we would be able to grab a board against them- not to mention guard them.

I don't think we need to be worried about that, Minnesota are playing 3 of McDaniels / Randle / Reid / Gobert at all times. They're a very good rebounding unit.

It just comes to boxing out and playing our defensive game. If we can get Houston to launch 3's instead of scoring on the inside, all we need to do is just box out Sengun and Adams. As JJ preaches, "Box out, the next guy will get the rebound or tip it out to someone that will".

Yea. Sorry, but it's all there for everyone to see: Draymond gives Amen a shove, Amen undercuts Jimmy Buckets: pelvic contusion.

You see Steph standing right there are Jimmy goes down. He knows exactly how excruciating that pain is. And he knows it's Draymond's fault.

If GSW goes out now 4-1 it's on Draymond. I mean: how could you argue it wouldn't be?

Dillon Brooks: time for you to do something to f*** up your own team's chances. Even the score with Dray. Are you up to the challenge?

Davion Mitchell carving a starting role in the playoffs for Miami. We talked about him during the season as a POA defender for us.
There's really a lot of guys in bad contexts that thrive in better ones. Especially role players who need to be in a system where they only have to do 2 or 3 things really well and that's it. DFS is another example.

We gotta excel in finding these gems in the market
