Who are some realistic trade and/or FA targets Rob can narrow down to this summer?

Would he seriously consider shopping AR or Rui if a respectable offer comes along?

Every thing is on the table , if we don't make a deep playoff run LT. I'm sorry to say that too. I think Lebron is at least coming back for next season, after that? I guess it depends on what happened next season.

Now the attention turns to...what does Luka want? Who does he want to play with? He might prefer other players ,over Austin and Rui, Jarred too. If he does, best believe, they are absolutely getting moved.

Hopefully Lebron comes back, balling his a** off, and these things get pushed back for a while. To note..Rui,Gabe and Kleber are on expiring contracts next season. Austin is too for all practical reasons, I know he's not going to opt in to that 14M contract in 26. We need to win...like right now, starting this postseason.

Luka doesn't owe my three favorite guys anything, he just got here, those are Lebron and AD's guys.

You don't trade AR or even Rui for "respectable" upgrade which sounds a lot like "lateral" with some benefit some loss .... otherwise it would be called "great" upgrade. Whether meant that way or not. Rui is having a breakout year of sorts of his own including improvement on D and better rebounding. Lots of factors go into deep playoff run, one of biggest is Health. If that is what screws it up then can't make that blanket statement. Redick has a lot of say in this and every indication is he loves both AR and Rui. After next season when AR will be needing the pay raise extension finally then comes the hard evaluation.

By my count, his teams have gone: 330-296 in the regular season, 27-21 in the playoffs.

    Meh. Commitment to okay-ness.

If we win a couple Chips with Luka, the dumb stuff he’s done up until this point will be greatly diminished.

LeBron / AD injuries / Westbrook trade forced upon the team factored in, along with Jeanie not having the deep pockets of most owners as well. (I don't agree with the idea he could have overruled LeBron and AD on Russ after they delivered a championship a year and a half earlier)

Meh..Nobody forced Rob to do anything, he made whatever moves, that he chose to. He lucked out with Dallas, practically trying to give Luka away, but he hasn't been exactly stellar, as the GM. Moving forward, he needs to deliver another chip soon IMO. The window is open now, but it's extremely short.

MEH yourself. Those two guys LBJ and AD had all the juice after delivering the title. Agree to vehemently disagree with you.

Man what were they going to do, leave? They actually gave Rob three names, Derozan still claims to this day, that him coming to the Lakers was a done deal. Rob chose Westbrook, nobody twisted him arm, he had just let his starting PG walk for free, Westbrook made sense at the time, but Lebron and AD got hurt.

AD and Lebron were absolutely OK, with moving KCP, Kuz and Trez, for any of those guys that they asked for.

Obviously Rob delivers when it counts but that BRICKBRICK deal which led to Caruso being let go was a sore spot

Lebron was on Magic. The AD trade too. Rob deserves his props for not blowing the Luka trade. Considering how Dallas was determined to move Luka period, that trade wasn't the huge coup, it seemed to be at first. This offseason is a big deal.
