agreed with everything that you said. Kuminga has the perfect NBA body, athleticism, but his basketball skills and IQ are bad. He doesn't shoot that well and doesn't move the ball around like Kerr wants. I do imagine if the contract isn't "poison pill", GSW will match the offer and then trade him like D'Lo.

Didn't Kuminga turn down 150 million contract extension from Warriors? That's Dennis levels of fail right there! But yeah, teams like the Nets would probably love to have him as an another asset and he's only 22.

Warriors fumbled their future with him and Wiseman, although they still managed to win that ring in 2022. Could've been quite deadly with Lamelo and Franz Wagner.

or with the likely young-but-already proven players they could have traded those guys for. like everyone was asking them to do!

yeah, exactly. and had miami not fumbled the butler situation so badly, gs would probably be in more serious trouble right now.

but the gloating back then about the two timelines was hilarious and is even funnier now.

when curry's done, they're done. potentially for a long time. bob myers wisely got out just in time, imo. he knew it wasn't him and especially that it wasn't lacob or whatever. it was curry.

Somewhere out there @PurpleAndGold88 has chosen to stop being a Lakers fan apparently since his predicted failure and firing of JJ isn't happening likely for a looong time. Nose .... meet knife I'm cutting you off with to spite Redick's existence on the planet.

They deserve some credit for establishing a pretty good basketball culture over there. Before Kawhi came back this year and over the last few years they've managed to stay afloat with their stars missing a bunch of time. Seems like they were fine to see PG go and I don't think Kawhi does the weird "not going to tell anyone my injury status" stuff as much anymore. I thought Harden was on the verge of going really downhill a couple of years ago but he's had a nice year for them. And Zu has become one of the best centers in the league.

They're actually favored to win their series against the Nuggets, but I just can't get there. Feels inevitable that something goes wrong for them. It would be great if they could beat Denver and OKC so we get 7 home games against them in a conference finals.

He got the bag and just doesn't care. I mean the dude had multiple teams wanting him and he clearly doesn't want the smoke. His play has deteriorated and it's just consistent with a guy whose playing ball for the check alone

Compare this to Kuz. Wanted a shot to the main guy, didn't work out great, and he was like I don't like losing. Happy to be moved to a contender and he was asking for a trade

When are they going to realize it's not the coach? They owe Vogel an apology. I wonder if James Jones is next. Also wonder what name they're after next -- Mikey or Jenkins.

That's not a bad gig. You get a fat 5 year deal. Get paid to go away after a year and most realize it's not your fault that it didn't work.

This is the curse of KD... Teams giving up massive assets for him expecting a title but they're left in the dust when he inevitably gets injured or can't lead a team.

As good as KD is, I don't think he's a top 15 player anymore. He doesn't lead the team. He'll just score buckets but won't help others excel. How many times can he hop around the league with stacked talent before it becomes obvious that he's no longer the same player he used to be? The crazy part is as good as KD is, he would probably have zero titles if he didn't join the Warriors.

To top it off, because they had KD and went to win-now mode, they made an egregious trade for Bradley Beal who should be in prison for the money he stole being as awful as he is. And they even included a NTC for Bradley Beal... so Suns wanted Butler but Bradley Beal refused to be traded so the Suns had no choice but to keep Beal.

They should have never traded Cam Johnson, Bridges, and all those picks for KD... Should have just built more talent around Booker. And the fact they got pennies for Ayton is hilariously bad as well.

LOL …. it could be one of those 130 degree days in Phoenix with a dry wind blowing “toward” a block away from Brad where you lit “that” up and he’d still have to to step back.

i don't think booker is good enough. i agreed with that assessment, tbh. the beal trade was the unnecessary one.

don't get it. feel like injuries tanked them, with a measure of frugality from the owners.

Yeah, I don't think Booker is good enough either but the roster they built around him didn't really help Booker.

They were honestly better off keeping CP3 than trading him for Beal out of desperation.

Like I've said, until he retires, I will continue to expect him to find his way here. Only member of the Bron crew that he hasn't played with, lives in LA and wants to be back home or closer to the fam.
