Losing weight will help with stamina, foot speed on defense, and with his health. Lebron has lasted so long in large part in keeping his weight down and his body in peak condition. It would be weird for Laker fans particularly after the whole Shaq years not to be worried about his weight

 

I think a lot of us want him to get a better eating and exercise program to extend his career

No better time to start than now

Me too. Pisses me off admittedly when I take the time to list all the logical (to me) reasons why on one of them in disagreement with another and it’s not reciprocal. Luka has already lost weight since he’s been with the Lakers (just compare the pictures from when he was first traded till now). It’s pretty clear his conditioning is already improving hence why Luka is starting to look more and more like his old self as we are getting closer to the playoffs.

Dallas was huge in terms of size last year against Twolves.

Wolves also don't have KAT this year size wise. And we've seen Gobert played off the floor by small ball in lots of playoff series. They're a tough team for sure, but we have some good defenders for Ant in Goodwin, DFS and Vando. Let Rui & Lebron handle Randle & Gobert.

flipside is that their weakness is lack of explosive pg, and we can't exploit that on either end.
