Everyone is going to be a tough out there is a reason all these teams are only separated by a game or two.
yeah, it's just that half the teams are hot (gs, clips, minny), and others are cold (den and mem fired their coaches!). thus, it could be argued that there's really a few teams that are more like 55-60 win teams and a couple that are more like 45-win teams in their current state. but pretty much every team in the bunch has a pretty scary star player that can turn a playoff game by themselves, so that's no fun. looks like if the clippers win out, they're in 4th? that's how i read things. i like avoiding them until the conference finals if possible. would love to see a gs/clips 4/5, but i'm not sure that's possible now.
@abeer3 Clippers need Denver to lose a game to finish 4th , Denver has a better conference record Clippers have the tiebreaker over Warriors and Grizz but not against Sota and Denver
Can we just keep these standings? LAL-MEM DEN-LAC And most likely OKC-MIN & HOU-GSW Looks good to me. Who says no?
Squad doing well for a Work In Progress state. Injuries and lack of practice have really hindered development...chemistry.
Yeah I'd much rather face Denver and Memphis vs GS/Clips. I know Denver has had the Lakers number but this has flipped
Go Clippers lol they will need to beat both Sacramento and GSW and ends up at number 4 GSW are in play in and could lose all together
I’m sure some of those same teams are saying they would rather avoid the Lakers because they don’t want to see LeBron and Luka in a 7 game series. It works both ways.
GS is the only team I really fear in the first round. I think they may have our number. So ideally they end up in 4 or 5, and that way they have to play OKC before we do. (This assumes we stay in 3rd). Nobody else really scares me, even if I'd rather not face a healthy Kawhi in the first round.
It's not up to them anymore The Warriors do not control their own destiny -- if they win their two remaining games, they could still be in the play-in. P.S.I don't fear them, but I fear Clippers that Kawhi is suddenly will not be injured , Zubac is playing best basketball of his career he got triple double yesterday,IDK if that's possible with Kawhi, but you never know
So basically they are going to be at full strength. This means that they view this as a big game, even though they already have the 2nd seed locked up. This is a bigger game than the 2nd OKC game for me too.
