    It's official Len time.
Hachimura (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Bulls, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.

Booo: Rui for all his faults really make this team hit another level

The combination of his massive size inside creating lob/postup/cutting threats and his shooting unlocks this offense. He needs to be healthy and playing well for the Lakers to go far

He's not going to be 100 % for the rest of the season and he's not playing b2b

Glad he's resting tonight. Even though the Bulls BLASTED us last week at home...we should have more than enough to take them out.

Time for Dalton to step up in Rui's absence. Next man up

Really liked his activity level last night. Shot was falling unlike most of his teammates and he was active around the rim

    Stepped up.

    But he's out tonight

    Shouldn't need him

Sitting him in the OKC one shows our hand of which game of the back to back we're prioritizing

Basically, almost the entire rotation is listed at 50-50. We're probably counting on Houston resting their guys against us, which will probably happen, and Portland game being a freebie (never true, but hey...).

if this plays out, i wonder if the league gives us s*** about it. again, i'm down with the strategy--we got the split; the 2 seed is unlikely, and we've played a LOT of games the past month. if you have to choose which game you're going to play full out, play the dallas game.

Yeah, and we don't want to show OKC all of our cards. Have their spirit broken and questioning themselves until we see them again.

I don't think they will because tomorrow's isn't on national tv and the Mavs game is. If Rob tells Silver take his pick, we have to rest our guys for one of them, he's picking the Dallas game for us to be at full health. Luka's return game is going to do HUGE numbers.

Silver can't even say we're robbing OKC fans a chance to see the team, cause we're doing a baseball series there.

Yes the plan is to win the Mavs and Rockets games and the main players don't even bother travelling to Portland .

Rest is key . Mavs have 3 days of rest in what will be a special game .

Very smart move on all fronts by the Lakers

Thought he was really good on both sides tonight. Helps he was the most rested Laker. But some big shots in the second half, steals and defensive stops.

He hit some big shots for sure. I like him taking open threes, I always feel like they’re going to go in. Also haha

Another excellent shooting night from Rui. His defensive versatility is crucial to making our small-ball lineup work.

Not to mention... catch and shoot 3's this season.
    Lebron - 43.4%
    Rui - 41.4%
    DFS - 41.1%
    Reaves - 39.4%

Surrounding Luka with this much shooting is deadly. All of them are great at cutting and finishing at all 3 levels, and Lebron/Reaves as secondary playmakers. When we hit our offensive ceiling we will be unstoppable.
