    Because he’s not healthy.

Also I don’t know what that guy in the video is talking about Luka was his first step? He’s not Ja Morant or someone that relies on athleticism. He gets by people because of his basketball IQ, his handles, he knows how to manipulate defenses, etc.

Yes he wasn’t getting by guys against Boston, but we’ve seen him be more successful as the games have went on as far as getting to the basket and defeating his defender.

Luka Doncic is averaging 31.2 ppg, 45.6 FG%, 41.0 3PT FG%, 8.8 assists, and 6.2 rebounds in his last five games.

I actually did the math on these numbers. He’s not healthy as we can see from the last game and just overall whether it’s the calf of the back injury it is clear Luka is not 100 percent healthy, yet he’s still putting up great numbers. I’m not worried about him.

His three-point shot has come around. We haven't seen much of his getting the defender on his back, take a floater or get all the way to the basket stuff yet, probably because of the calf. Could end up being a blessing in disguise for LeBron to be out for a little while, forcing Luka back into the create everything role he's used to.

Usually if Luka dunks it's because he is trying to take the air out of the opponent. He does a lot of psychological things during the games to try to break the opponent down. You won't see him dunk too often.

He reminds me of Shaq in that players get to beat up on him and not getting calls for it. It's just due to his size. I'll give him a couple of weeks and he should be able to start getting downhill with defenders on his hips.

    8-26?
    Really?
If it’s the back, just sit down.
Man, he’s been pedestrian in too many games so far.

He looks like Jamal Murray before he finally got back into shape. Going to take a few more weeks I fear before we see an Luka in full Don mode. Took Murray forever too

I saw the Luka jerseys restocked (authentic version). Already have the yellow one, so I purchased the purple “statement” one, and offff course we lose, and Luka shoots terribly.

A little scary when he stayed down a little bit with the ankle play. Seems like Luka is banged up, but boy will we need him to play a lot better if we want to get back to our winning ways. Bad game for him for sure, still got a trouble double, but it doesn’t matter.

I want to see a LUKA MAGIC type of vintage Luka game against the bucks and nuggets these next couple of weeks as we’ll be playing them twice each (away and home).

I used to think he just complained a lot, and he does, but I get why now

luka was not good tonight, but the officiating was an absolute joke

that no call on claxton when he threw vanderbilt down and put the rebound back was the turning point

Yep. I'm hoping he starts getting better calls finally. He has never gotten favorable calls. It's pretty ridiculous. I figured it would take an offseason to get more players brought in and all of that. He's getting in playing shape after missing nearly the entire season up to this point.

I'm expecting a good playoff run this year and a title the next.

You play Brooklyn, we're paying you $200 million plus in the coming years, you have to be better, period.

He's the best player on the floor. He has to show up. Him and Reaves.

Yo ... @audiosway .... before you started posting here I had asked a couple times with no replies, if as like obviously happens we can now see .... that opponents tee off on Luka and take cheap shots .... if he was a Guy that could take care of himself out there, when enough is enough? Obviously we don't want suspensions for fighting but is he a guy one shouldn't push too far, like Kobe was who would mete out his own retribution several plays later if he couldn't get to the guy immediately?

He tries really hard not to get ejected. With Dallas they had brought in a couple of enforcers that would go out there "take care of things" so that Luka wouldn't get ejected. He will do things once he is full shape like target those players on offense to embarrass them.

He will also body guys up and get physical with them in the mid post. I miss PJ Washington. PJ would enforce things on the court.

I'm hoping Rob and JJ get some guys in this summer. Rick Carlisle used to say that although you like milk drinkers you don't want a team full of them. That was his way of saying you need some thugs on the team too.

But, yes, to answer your question if Luka gets enough of it on the court he will go after them with retribution later in the game. I think he's still feeling things out right now with the schemes as well as getting into shape. He hadn't really played in a few months when he was traded.

This is the Guy we’re thinking for Luka’s bodyguard, if he forgets about wanting to kill LeBron first ….
