Hope I'm not too late for the bandwagon. I've been a dedicated Mavs fan since 2002. Loved watching Dirk and then Luka. I'm done with the Mavs organization. Trading Luka was the final straw. I live in the north Bay anyway so I figured I would follow Luka out here.

So sorry honestly that Nico and the new owners did you that way, not at all that AD isn’t a tremendous player and a good guy and Max is having his break out season as a starter now and going to be a lot more than just a 3 and D player. Great kid and extremely well spoken. Too bad Cuban needed the funds for some new venture to have sold his controlling interest and decision making responsibility to those clowns. The story we read is when he got wind of it he tried desperately to get Nico to not do the trade but was told by him that he’d already done the handshake with Rob. And apparently he tried first with the Bucks for Giannis and then MN for Ant. But again welcome here and hope you’ll post often. It’s a great site. One really cool thing on each page is down at the bottom left in the Purple bar is the name of one of 5 different color schemes you can choose that correspond to Lakers uniforms and other color options for your preference graphically to use. If you click on it you’ll see a window with the others and can click each to try them out.

 

Welcome! Always had ALOT of respect for Dirk and Luka is one of my favourite new young players to enter the league. In lots of ways, it's sad to see an organisation decimated like it has been.

AD is honestly a top 10 player and Max Christie is becoming a great 3&D guard with lots of upside. I felt you guys had a lot of upside this season. Regardless, happy to have you guys here.

 

Thanks guys. I seriously appreciate the welcome. With Luka entering his prime we are going to see some amazing things. Don't get me wrong. I believe that Dallas will have an amazing defense. I just can't on board with what they are doing. You don't trade a franchise player at 25 so that a 32 year old Kyrie can get his friends over to play. I'm not cool with that. Last year Luka took Dallas to the finals. Let's win a chip in LA!

edit: Btw, I always had a ton of respect for Kobe. I hated to see him coming in the playoffs. I knew it meant disaster.

Hey @audiosway .... would you mind popping into the Maxi Klebber thread and giving us your long time Mavericks fan's impression on how much getting him back before the playoffs will/may help us? Assuming he gets back to 85-90% after a couple weeks and steadily better after that as he gets into game shape?

 

What's INSANE about that, he made that list before his 10 game with the team.
