A near tackle is not a foul apparently but we got the win. I'm concerned about us getting banged up.

Late game officiating was tragic. Decent game all around but WTH with those challenge calls? Almost like they (refs) were like "make sure its a good game at the end"

I truly was not aware that if you hit the ball first on a pass that you can just do whatever you want after. Tackle someone, slap in the face, sweep the leg, it’s all good as long as you got contact with the loose ball first.

I didn’t know which thread to put this in.

I’ll start off by saying idk crap about salary, penalties, cap, aprons, MLE, T something, tax, the whole 9. All of those things go over my head. Except Laker tax, I think we all know that’s a real thing the Lakers almost always pay in most scenarios. I won’t even put that in quotes because it’s so real.

It’s pretty clear that Len, and Shake don’t belong. Reddish is fine, solid defensively, but doesn’t play anymore.

Is there any way we can keep both Goodwin and Jemison, and do away with one or both of Len and Shake???

    There’s always a way :)

but we have time before we have to make that decision. I’m sure there’s a buyout deadline coming up that we should remain open to, but I’m with you and thinking that both of those guys need to be on the active roster.

The only thing I can complain about is that we don't have anything to complain about.

I'd rather have us at full health and not be overly concerned with the seeding. I believe we'll be a handful come postseason.

I don’t know anything about rules, cap, roster requirements, aprons, MLE, etc…

As constructed, with our current personnel, is it like MLB where we need to show/have “playoff/postseason rosters”??

If yes, can this whole team be in it, or would someone have to be waived because we have too many ppl?

. Players on two-way contracts aren’t eligible for the postseason.

We’ll start with the simplest rule — a player on a two-way contract can’t play for his team in the postseason, even if he hasn’t used up his full allotment of 45 NBA days. A two-way player can travel and practice with the team during the playoffs, but has to remain on the inactive list during games.

    2. Two-way players waived after March 1 aren’t eligible to play in the postseason for a new team.

The same waiver rules that apply to players on standard NBA contracts apply to players on two-way deals when it comes to playoff eligibility. If a player on a two-way contract is waived between now and the end of the regular season, he won’t be eligible to join another team for the postseason.

Although these first two rules significantly restrict the ability of two-way players to participate in the playoffs, it’s still possible for a player who is on a two-way contract today to play in the postseason.

    3. A player on a two-way contract who has his contract turned into a standard NBA deal by his current team any time up until the last day of the regular season can play in the postseason for that team.

I remember when THIS thread was a Page 1 staple. Not a complaint, just an observation.
