Not totally unexpected. Very strong physically, very big. Weighs almost as much as Luka Doncic. Best season was something like 7/4 in only 15 minutes. He's a guy that definitely plays few minutes and you use him against the biggest centers, that's it. No more, no less. Something happened to him last couple of years and he did not get any minutes and therefore did not produce anything.

But if you look like this, then you can at least be used to push people around:

I’m good with it. No, he’s not great, but he’s 7 feet tall and thick, solid, can be used against other teams bruising bigs for a few mins I’m sure.

I mean, I wanted him 7 years ago for cheap?

He's big. That works. In the long run we may be benefitting from the rescinded trade. Knecht and Luka could become something.

His game is very simple. He's not a lob thread that Jax is. He catches the ball in the post, maybe chops someone's head with an elbow, then shoots the right hook every time and hits over 60% of those. Yeah. Sometimes he dunks it and can block a shot here and there.

Well, we did not have to give up ANYTHING for him, so that's good. His real name is Olexii, what's why Alex.

I’m good with this. We just needed someone at the position and we got him. Let’s drop Cam or Shake or both. I’d like to keep Goodwin.

He's big and can finish (TWSS). He won't be called on to play meaningful minutes, but how I anticipate spacing and floor generals working, he could chip in some points here and there.

Basically, he is here to provide depth, play physical basketball and gave a different look from that C position. He's not taking Jax's job, he's just a very different player. It's good to have him. Play 10-12 minutes, be big, set screens... his job is very simple, and he's not old either. He has a very good motor. I think he was universally liked by Sacto fans.

This exactly, when I thought the trade was made you just have to roll with it, but Knecht, Luka and AR will keep us in the hunt for the foreseeable future while we figure out how to steal someone else's star player. Len is going to benefit from all of the guys we have that can draw doubles and pass out of them. There is a big difference between drawing a double and being able to do something once you do.

I think Hayes still starts, but Alex basically is another body with six fouls we can throw out there against opposing big men. That's about it.

I really think that’s about all we need right now. In the summer maybe we make a more permanent move at Center.
