It means he's going to mute you probably since now you are firmly in troll territory for some reason on AD after trying to trade AR nonsensically for 6 months with no appreciation for or clue as to how good he is. That's my guess.

 

Considering how AD tweaked that abdominal strain, in his first game back, I wouldn't be in a hurry, to rush Luka back into heavy minutes, right away. Crazy as it may sound, AD has played in more games than Luka, over these last 3 seasons. Let's be a little conservative, with a minutes restriction attached.

 

Not a gambler but I may have to go ahead and make some bets on how many points Luka gets against them.

 

The Mavericks are really a garbage organization for how they trashed Luka on his way out the door. The dude carried that team to the WCF and Finals two times and three years. To act like he was holding them back is a joke.

 

The fact he mentioned Shaq and not LeBron tells me he’s an idiot who knows nothing about basketball. As great as Shaq was we know he didn’t work hard that’s why Kobe hated playing with him. What a freaking clown.

But more importantly two of those four he listed were former Lakers. If there's an organization who understands the needs and expectations of a championship superstar it's LA. You know who only understands what they've read about in magazines... the Mavs

i think the mavs fans keep demanding an accounting of the decision making, getting it, and getting more angry. after a brief processing period, they figure there has to be more, so they demand again...and they get the same answer.

it's clear: harrison doesn't think luka has what it takes to win a ring. and he felt like if he traded him in a public bidding war, it wouldn't have actually yielded a better return. further, he values AD over 4 first rounders or whatever (i agree--not everyone wants to tank).

time will now tell how wrong they were about the first one, if at all (i think they were). the other two can be speculated about endlessly, but imo, deaaron fox got a pretty lame return, and open market luka would have also held the extension over suitors.

would media pressure have made nico demand more from us? maybe. but if his goal was another all-nba player, how many teams would have offered it. some folks claim milwaukee declined on giannis (totally fair). just go down the list. all the mvp candidates would be deemed off limits. so you're at the devin bookers of the world. you want booker, grayson allen, and phx's fake firsts or AD/max/our '29 first?

the one thing fans and media haven't let go of is that they didn't want a draft haul. that part's defensible, imo. as is keeping negotiations quiet.

again, the part i think was definitely wrong was that luka can't be the guy to win a ring.
