LABron James Discussion: The Big 4 0!

I’m glad he cleared all that up I’m so sick of hearing this non sense from the media and some fans of other teams that insist Luka and LeBron can’t play together.

 

It's different. He can't sound too happy, as it would hurt AD.

 

They are going to blend like salmon and smoke. That seismic event Rob talked about is about ready to hit the league. We are going to be shockingly good. We are already good, how much better are we going to be with Luka? Alot. We are solid contenders even before picking up another big.

 

i'm sure he misses AD and wasn't exactly happy to see him go regardless of the return

I think he didn't want to act too excited about it out of respect for AD and Max. But judging by the way he played yesterday, he's clearly stoked about Luka.

 

AD is one of LeBron’s closest friends they have a similar relationship to what Kobe and Pau had. It doesn’t shock me that LeBron had the somber tone. TBH I think that’s how alot of us feel there is a lot of excitement offset by a feeling of sadness to some extent by losing AD.

 

.... I don't recall that story at all? I know the problems with his folks over Vanessa.

 

No I mean what was the story, just that he tried to do a nice thing for Kobe's folks unwittingly and bought them tickets?

 

Kobe did defend Kwame when people were clowning him in 2008 this is when he was interviewed during the 2008 Western Conference Finals.

 

if i recall correctly, kwame claimed kobe's parents were trying to attend a game at staples (kobe was already estranged from them at this point) and weren't able to get tickets. kwame bought them tickets to the game and kobe angrily confronted him about it, and this was the reason why the lakers traded him according to kwame

not sure if this actually happened, but i think being offered pau gasol was the main reason kwame was traded

 

Yeah poor Kwame on that one trying to do something nice with no idea of the history but of course it was about Gasol.

 

Drop his minutes to 30 mph so he can become the guy who destroyed guys from MVP Derrick Rose and who GS couldn't attack on a team that won 72 games with 5 guys who could shoot and score.

Need him to step up on D with Luke and AR taking care of the offense

 

Lebron is 40 years old...I say..just keep doing what you do, old man..that should be more than enough. You have some hungry young Wolves catching your back!
