The Lakers did well against some crappy opponents, which is good. It was not a given in the previous couple of seasons and it DID cost us dearly at the end.

The upcoming 6 games will be very telling, as the schedule is getting a lot tougher. It would be great if the Lakers can win 3 of those games, I kind of expect them to, it seems this team still has a lot untapped potential.

We will see. It's tough but I actually think we can go 4-2 in the next six. I expect the team to come out and make a bit of a statement against the Nuggets. Definitely think JJ has that game circled and the team will be ready to play. Beyond that, I expect a loss against the Thunder but we have played them well in the past. The Magic are good but they've struggled on the road and are the second night of a back to back. We've got a shot tonight. Suns and Spurs feel like losses to me.

but yeah, I think we can come out of this with at least 3 wins.

I predicted 12 games winning streak and actually now think that it's going be at least 16 . They will win at Minnesota, and probably will lose one of Sacramento's back to back
P.S I am not drunk
P.P.S Phoenix just lost 5 in a row. They are definitely not going cause any problems to Lakers

Lol..we just needed another head coach. The roster was great. Same 10-7 as last season this time.

there's not much to be happy about these days, but it seems like max and gabe are starting to pull out of their early season funks. if we can get reaves back and figure out the rotations, i think we can look better than we have of late.

Lakers have a good team when AD/Lebron/AR are healthy. That AR injury really put the team into a tailspin

Not a great team but a solid playoff team in the Western Conference which says something good since the West is ridiculously stacked.

i would imagine that it was obvious to everyone, but it's really not.

We have a dude that can give you 20/5/5 on any given night, with ok defense (yep).

I don't know many teams that wouldn't miss that kind of production.

People continue to undervalue AR. Crazy talk.

We’re in 5th place right now, same record as the Clippers. Aside from the teams at the very top, the West is full of parity. I really hope the FO shows some belief in this team one last time and makes some moves that put us back into the top half of the West. I don’t think it’s impossible, I think there are moves to be had that can give this team a shot vs most of the rest of the league.

Took a break from holiday activities to watch the last two games and I’m glad I did. Team looks good and is playing with some fire. We’re finally getting contributions from some of our role players. Really hope we can keep this up and finally convince the front office that this team is worth going all in for.

Wasn't aware of this run. It's 17 games, last 2 against Boston and in Golden State.

Until there it's 15 games divided by:
Tank teams (4): Charlotte, Portland, Brooklyn and Washington. All at home.
Better record than team (4): Spurs twice. Detroit and Atlanta
Better team than record (4): Miami, Warriors, Clippers and Sac.
Top5 in the league (3): Cleveland, Dallas and Houston.
It's a really good run. Only one b2b.
Which means it gets tough after that so we really have to build a cushion here.

We need to win at least 10 of those 15.
Win 4 of the first group. 3 of the 2nd group. 2 of the 3rd group. And 1 of the 4th group = 10 wins

Would put us 9 games ahead of .500. We then make it then to round it up by beating Boston
