AD is the best player on the court in both games.

The effort he's putting in on both sides of the floor is impressive and scary... that one fall where he landed in his folded legs (easy big guy! ). Having that guy on the Lakers roster and an all NBA Bron, he's looking sharp out there too, and to be competing for a play in spot again is so f***ing depressing. I'll take that to a WMC rant later today.

I don't think I like the starting lineup changes Kerr made, although the two man game of Bron and Ant worked really well early on. Then starting the 2nd half with the 2nd unit I thought caused the starters to look even sloppier when they came in during the 3rd.

Keep starting Embiid. He looks bad, but again I want him getting the opponent's first punch. I think politics might be at play as well. Embiid angered his country to switch sides. I wouldn't be surprised if some assurances were made regarding the kind of role he'd have on USA.

    Steph, Jrue, Lebron, KD, Embiid
    Booker, Ant, Tatum, Bam, AD
Haliburton and White can be interchangeable with Booker depending on match up but I think thats the best rotation. Jrue's defense is needed against starting wings... Ant and Tatum being the offensive punch off the bench with the two headed defensive beast will win us most games. Embiid is so bad lol

That's probably the best, most probably look. BUT I'd have Book on a tight leash. Not his spot to cook with the 2nd unit and as the competition gets more serious, he's going to fold like the cheap chair he is. I like Hali's more natural point guard instincts and setting the table for the ANTZ and Tatum.

Embiid is horrible. He should not be on the team.

Jesus Davis looks like the clear best player in the game even with Curry hot

Just so dominant on defense. Can't believe the Lakers aren't just going to let the.prime of this dude waste away

Yeah. Gotta build around him and give him and LeBron a real shot at another ring.

Standouts are AD #1 this pre-tournament.
After that Curry, Lebron, and Ant seem at another level.
Bam, Booker, Holiday have been good as well.
    Rest haven't really stood out

I was thinking the other day watching them against Australia (haven't seen this Serbia game yet) .... that Tatum has been kind of invisible out there?

I wish NBA refs stared in apathy while players flop.

Tatum is useless on this team, next to Embid and Kerr didn't do anything other than substitute players.Maybe he can get away with that

Media don't like Davis and YouTube highlights actually don't show anything other than scoring
So Curry's 24 points is more sexy than 6 blocks by Davis, especially for clicks and likes.

I don't know what the hell happened to my YT TV record of this one. Didn't pick up until 2nd Q and kicked out at the start of the 4th.

Ah well, saw that elite stretch in the second of AD and Bam just toying with Serbia.

The level of defense he's determined to play this Olympics and the he's allowed to play because there's another elite defensive big behind him... man! i did not have watching AD and Bam just destroy countries on my bingo card for what I'd enjoy the most thus far in these exhibition games.

    When Bron retires, Rob...

(I still think a tier one wing is the way we'll go post-Bron but if he wants to create the best defensive front court in the league...I'm in)
