I liked his answers. Basically, I'm not gonna tell you. You'll see it and you judge what you see.

We basically have two Top 10 picks coming in this year. Any other team and the media would be goo goo ga ga over them. Not us.

That's alright. When we're winning they'll have to give us our due.

Yep...from the clips, J-Ran wants and will likely get the starting gig. Bass will spell him just nicely.

i really believe that russ/clarkson and randle should definitely start

brown and nance can be brought along a little more slowly but a #2 has high expectations so he should start, we already know what clarkson did last year and randle came in ready and wants to get down to business no point in babying them. throw them into the fire see how they respond and adjust accordingly

lou will off the bench along with bass and black/upshaw

It looks to be a very capable line-up. I still would like to address the need at the small forward.. 24 at the 3 saves his legs on defense chasing out on the perimeter. Let the three noobs do all the ball pressure. They can go on-ball with Preparation H back there.

Fixed it for ya. Randle should have gone higher. Who now would take Gordon or Smart over him? But yeah, there is so gawddamned much "bulletin board" material from all of these clowns that are saying we are going to suck again this year and it's good for us because we have a good shot to keep our pick that way next year. All of our guys are being dissed big time and I'm not exaggerating. I think we're going to be taking names and making all these bleeps eat crow.

After seeing Randle last summer league and preseason I was so looking forward to watching him bang with the bigs in the league. Then the injury, then the season...now I get to see this kid bring it. I remember a particular preseason game against the Kings. Cousins and Reggie Evans out there against Randle ...They were jawing with him, trying to knock him around, he jawed back knocked them both around, put Cousins on his wallet. Randle showed to me he's an legitimate 4 in this league. To me ...he's the key to this next season...If he is a star they got a lot of other pieces to make a playoff run.

I remember I was so damn glad when we got Randle last year. I literally had no hope of him getting here with the 7th pick. I thought with might have a lot of luck with the 6th pick, but definitely thought it was impossible with the 7th.

I mean, for me, at the time, the guy was a clear top 4, probably number 4 I admit (this was before Embiid's injury). I do admit I did think both Exum and Smart were going to be better, so I was actually fine getting one of those two, except I thought we wouldn't get even that, as for me the top 6 prospect were pretty clear (Embiid, Wiggins, Parker, Randle, Smart and Exum), and from those, with a 6th pick I was thinking Smart or Exum.... but we first got REAL lucky with Orlando somehow selecting Aaron Gordon (who I thought was going to be the next Laker when we got 7th... and I wasn't too fond of the idea, like some people here I remember), and then with both Utah and Boston passing on Randle. I mean, again, I didn't even consider Randle a possibility. For me it was like if New York had gotten Russell (technically was possible, but it was REALLY unlikely).

I won't act like I'm the Nostradamus or something because, again, I did think Exum and Smart were going to be better, but at least I was pretty damn sure Randle was a complete steal at number 7. Now I think that even more because, while he still really hasn't shown much, Wiggins and Parker really kinda let me down a little bit (not even considering Parker's injury). For the whole season, the rookie race was a joke... at least Wiggins did improve as the season went on, but it was still an awful race, and not only because of the ridiculous amount of injuries.

I'm confident that watching Randle this year is going to be fun. I expect him to be a lot more polished from what we saw last year. I expect a better use of that huge amount of talent and skills.

Wow, really? I might have missed that. If he put big badda** Boogie on his but, would love to see a clip or gif if it exists. I remember in the GS pre-season games that Green bounced off of Julius going to the basket at least once. And I recall during summer league one of the announcers relaying comments of someone, I don't know who, saying you can get hurt guarding this guy.

We also have Robert Upshaw who might be a Top 10 talent if he gets his head on straight.

Love this clip. He just muscles up a grown man in Reggie Evans and crosses over a pretty good defensive Power Forward in Carl Landry.

Absent from the clip was his defense, solid , tough, physical play that upset Cousins and Evans
