Kyrie 0-12 vs. Boston since 2021 after stepping and rubbing on their mascot logo guy whatever his name is
C Bags tried to hand that game to dallas and the mavs still blew it. its basically boston vs luka with how the rest of the mavs team hasn't bothered to show up. dallas really has no business even being there. again, f*** minny for beating denver and handing boston the title and kyrie is a f***ing fraud
OK, this was better. Mavs look like they are warming up and by game 8 or 9, they will be winning this with confidence.
Hey @Slick2021, is Kyrie Chokilie or whatever you call DLo? 12 and 16 points in a finals game is pretty s***ty.
So you think it’s ok for Kyrie to score 12 points in a must win game. Wasn’t this the same player you have been complaining about us not trading for mid season?
Game 2 is not a must win game. And hell yeah. I'd trade Reaves and Christie for Kyrie today, tomorrow, next week, month or decade.
There's no getting around that he has a pretty game, but he's also limited on defense, and hasn't shown up at some pretty bad times. Doncic is out there hobbled, and I don't see Kyrie demanding the ball to lighten the load. He's found his beta comfort zone. But yes, we were hoping for and expecting more to prevent the C Bags from winning this series. It's not over, but it's not looking great unless he shows up at a completely different level. Hard to see them winning 4-5 now.
he means must must technically some think of that as elimination games but I think that's faulty thinking myself. If you don't have home court advantage, you really HAVE to steal one game on the road in addition to holding home court advantage. The first two games is the ideal time to do that. Must must? Maybe not, but it's a must. Otherwise you can only win by going 7 games in all likelihood
three and four are now "must-wins" to me. dallas's only chance is to extend the series and hope horford and/or zinger can't make it the distance. they're just outmatched. no real shame in it for them. kyrie's playing worse than i expected, but everyone else is kinda doing what i expected, on both teams.
tatum's been having himself quite a mediocre playoffs 28% from 3 and 6 games below 40% from the field. yet the C Bags won all 6 of those games because of how deep they are
well, "depth" can be defined differently. pritchard and hauser wouldn't get minutes on basically any other playoff team, imo. but their top 6 are just miles ahead of everyone else's. fortunately for them, they have all six in the finals. if they had to toss luke kornet out there it would be like when we played detroit with slava.
He's leading the (probable champion) team in points, rebs and assists. But I'm not a fan of his game, poor shot selection and not great IQ. I don't like Brown too, but he's been playing really well on both ends this year Dallas had some opportunities yesterday, but everything is falling to Boston. That late buzzer beater from Pritchard after Dallas went on a little run to end the quarter was a gutter. The foul on PJ on White's block would have made it a 3pt game with 40sec left. Both teams shot really bad yesterday. I think Dallas shoots the hell out on game 3 and win big. Game 4 will be decisive. I'm giving Dallas a 10% chance to win it all at this moment though
dallas is depending on several guys who've never played real minutes in this situation, whereas boston's guys pretty much all have, some several times over. gs did it to boston a couple years ago. it's dallas's turn. tatum's still overrated, though.
