    There's nothing to discuss.
He is still clueless Pimple who cost Lakers at least another round of playoffs.

I wouldn’t be mad at a Murray trade but I’m still not totally convinced it's much of an upgrade if the price is AR and Rui and picks.

just can't see mitchell going to SA. cleveland seems interested in keeping him, and he's got lots of ny ties. any spot other than those would really surprise me.

I’ve thought about the reports that have been coming out lately regarding who Bronny is accepting workout invites with. Lakers and Phoenix are the two reported teams.

I can see Phoenix who is mega capped out take Bronny in the 1st round to lure LeBron for a 1 year contract at the minimum. They have no other way of improving their team and if LeBron had planned to goto Phoenix to still compete for a title while he can still play with his son, and is a 90 min flight back to LA…. He might do it.

The communication coming out from Lebron and Rich Paul’s end is that Lebron has told the Lakers they got to take care of themselves and plan for when he’s no longer with him, and to base their coaching decision off that. He’s told the front office that the coaching decision should also really be based off of AD’s opinion more as well.

Is he trying to soften the fall for the Lakers because he respects them and doesn’t want to be hated and blamed for leaving?

Nah …. can’t see it. Mainly him taking minimum to play with THOSE guys …. he’d never hear the end of it.

Lebron is going to get every nickel, he's entitled, and I fully expect us, to go hard after more talent, with whatever we have, after hiring the new coach. I think Jeanie is going to go all out, for Lebron's last run myself. It's for him yes, and for our next future superstar, to take notice.

We are the Lakers!! The scumbags just spared no expenses, to buy themselves another Chip.

I like that idea. Thybulle has a PO after this season, he's at 11M per. It depends on what other moves we make.

No. 0% chance Bron plays for the minimum for anyone ever. He's buying a team, he's collecting every cent he can in the league.

Bron would rather Lakers hire Hurley and then have Hurley and Murray develop Bronny in LA vs either of them going to the impending disaster that is Phoenix. Not only do they not have time to develop Bronny, but Bron would have to overexert himself while the other stars sit more than him for their series of injuries. Bronny would be a gimmick and a halftime performer there, nothing more.

Lakers will offer him all they can until he retires and he'll take it all. For the same reasons they paid Kobe until he retired. Even if the product diminishes (although I'd argue the $ they brought in off their name more than makes up for it) , it gets you the next guy. Handle the process with class and dignity and superstars take note of that.

There is a better chance of me playing in the NBA than Lebron ever being a majority owner of an NBA team.

That ship has sailed to anyone who isn’t worth 5 bills or more in the NBA and this new TV deal will make it even harder.

Maybe he follows Magic’s path with Guggenheim and them buying the Dodgers but with much more money invested in the partnership plus day to day involvement? If that’s what he wants?
