Yeah clearly Mitchell is one of the few talents you would give up AR for but man without AR it's so hard to fill out the roster. You get into the Suns issues (admittedly Lakers fit and chemistry would be a lot better). If the league values those FRP in 2029 and 31 so much the goal should be get an all-star player while keeping AR. It may not be realistic but with the way the salary cap is going, the lure of the play in, etc. you're basically only shot at being a true contender is somehow pulling that rabbit out of the hat.

Silly rabbit, we want our coach to be a grinder, not the players. We tried that with Dwight, and now he’s not invited back.

I know abeer floated a trade proposal earlier involving Nurk. Wonder how desperate they are for a real PG? If they want to go super small they can role out:
    Eubanks
    KD
    Book
    Beal
    DLO

Only if they're willing to give draft capital, then we can use that to address our 2 way player deficiency or our 3rd star pursuit. Gives us 4 picks, in which case you could hopefully split it 2 and 2 along with swaps, 2nds or other assets to fill out the needs.

Probably not but no one is going to do them favors. They're very limited in ways they can get any help in terms of both assets and tax limitations and teams are going to introduce them to a barrel.

I wish we had a center like Jusuf on our team. He'd be exactly what we need moving forward.

    is he available ?

Jarrett Allen refused an injection that could allow him to play through the pain in the series with « Boston »

Jarrett Allen missed the second round of the playoffs against « C Bags ».

After collision with Franz Wagner in the fourth game , he suffered serious damage to the rib, which knocked out a basketball player from active rotation.

The club assigned Allen the status of questionable before each game after the incident, but he was reportedly not close to returning to play.
«Cleveland» did not doubt the discomfort of the basketball player. However, Allen’s refusal of an injection, which could reduce pain and allow him to play, caused dissatisfaction of some team members. Part of the teammates and staff believed that he could do more, to help « Cavaliers » in the last matches of the series

Still believe in history and stats .
    Minnesota in 7
Teams who won 3 in a row since 2004 are 5-11 in 4 game .
Only five teams have recovered from losing the first two games at home to win a best-of-seven series. In the history of the NBA, there have been 611 seven-game series (counting the completed series this season) and only five teams have comeback from losing the first two at home, meaning only 0.008% of teams achieved this.

To make things worse for Denver, only three defending champions, including this year's Nuggets, have fallen into a 0-2 hole after losing the first two games at home. This was the 1984 Philadelphia 76ers and the 2011 Los Angeles Lakers. Both teams lost the series.
P.S.I am not rooting vs Denver or Jokic

Garland is a fine starting point guard if it weren’t for the size of his contract. He’s overpaid for what he produces and should really be paid around $22-25 million/year.

I don’t even see it as much of an upgrade to go from DLo to Garland.

I’m on board with DeJaunte Murray because he’s on a smaller contract and is a better defender. He was also balling out with Trae Young out this season
