This was just brought up on Irwin's pod. I forgot about the advice the blood sucking mosquito known as Pat Bev gave Vando to not sign the extension. Dumb a** looks like...a dumb a**. Luckily he's got secured money and won't be entering free agency after this injury.

 

So we'll look at him again in a month.

Keep in mind this is our medical staff and

 

so, for us, 11 years.

 

Oh crap, we’re looking at amputation? It’s worse than I thought.

 

I'm expecting he'll be out for double the time that we all think...so we'll see Vando hopefully near play-in / playoff time.

 

Even Jimmy needs to be praying about this one.

I honestly don't expect him back which absolutely stinks.

 

yeah, none of (vague) reporting has been encouraging.

we got to see flashes of what we were supposed to look like his year, and that makes it even more of a bummer, i think.

i'm a little concerned long-term, as we signed him for 4 years. i feel like he had some injury problems when he was younger, but then had played a few healthy seasons until this one.

 

He's done for sure. Just do the surgery now instead of wasting another 3-4 weeks.

 

Let him take all the time he needs to get 100% healthy. I wouldn't be in favor of rushing him back for the playoffs.

Well..3 weeks ago it was looking like done for the season, I'll stick with that.

 

He's not coming back this year.
